Angela Ann Knight, CBE
Chair, Office of Tax Simplification
Angela Ann Knight CBE is the chair of the Office of Tax Simplification. Until recently she was the Chief Executive of Energy UK, the trade association for the energy industry. Previously she was the Chief Executive of the British Bankers' Association and, before that, a Conservative Party Member of Parliament representing the constituency of Erewash from 1992 to 1997. She also served as Economic Secretary to the Treasury from 1995 to 1997.
Regional Sales Manager , Tullett Prebon Information
Abigail joined the Tullett Prebon Information Graduate Programme in October 2012, and was appointed Regional Sales Manager, where she is responsible for maintaining and creating new client relationships in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Emerging Markets and with global Tier 1 Banks. Abigail established and manages the Tullett Prebon Information corporate partnership with Cass Business School, and leads the Cass Talent Feeder Programme - the summer Internship and Graduate scheme. Abigail manages and mentors Cass students during their time at Tullett Prebon Information and is also an active mentor for other students in her own time. Whilst at Tullett Prebon Information Abigail has been instrumental in forming the TP ICAP Data & Analytics Women’s Network, of which she is Chair, which bestows a platform for women to connect, network, share business ideas and career experiences.
Abigail has a BSc in Geography and MSc in Geomatic Engineering both achieved at University College London, and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA at Cass Business School where she also participates as a Student Representative on the Student Executive Committee and Board of Studies.
Dean and Professor of Management, Cass Business School
Marianne W. Lewis is Dean of Cass Business School and Professor of Management. She is an international thought leader in the field of leadership and organizational paradoxes. Change and complexity accentuate tensions – competing demands, contradictory pressures and challenging double-binds. Her research applies a provocative paradox lens to such domains as organizational change, governance, and innovation.
Her work appears in the leading management journals, including the Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and Journal of Operations Management. Professor Lewis was a UK Fulbright in 2014, and is currently completing two, related books. Her paper, “Exploring paradox: Toward a more comprehensive guide” received the Academy of Management Review Best Paper Award in 2000 and is among the most cited in the field.
She joined Cass after a decade as associate dean at the University of Cincinnati, having earned her PhD from the University of Kentucky, and her MBA from Indiana University.
Global Managing Director, Customer Proposition, Financial & Risk, Thomson Reuters
Debra Walton is the Global Managing Director, Customer Proposition, Financial & Risk at Thomson Reuters; she is a member of the Financial and Risk Division’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Network. Ms. Walton has been in senior management at the company since 2003, with roles in sales, marketing, strategy, product development, Financial & Risk and Operations. She currently has end-to-end responsibility for the division’s solutions and product offerings. Working from the firm’s Enterprise Innovation Hub in Baar Switzerland, she manages several large enterprise projects, including an ongoing effort to unify Thomson Reuter’s data across the enterprise as well as leading the execution of the firm’s open digital platform strategy. An expert on big data and the challenges it poses in today’s business world, Ms. Walton speaks frequently at global conferences and industry events where she discusses data management, innovation, and leadership. She blogs frequently on those topics, as well as on gender diversity issues, for sites such as The Huffington Post, Business Insider, and Financial IT. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, she was president and chief executive of Nucleus Inc., a technology start-up delivering enterprise solutions. Before that, she was the first female partner at Cantor Fitzgerald and a founding board member of the Cantor Financial Futures Exchange, the first electronic platform for trading U.S. Treasury futures contracts. In addition to her day to day responsibilities at Thomson Reuters Ms. Walton represents Thomson Reuters as a board member on the Tradeweb Board of Managers and she is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Data Science Institute at Imperial College in London. She is a board member at the Women’s Refugee Commission, a non-profit organization serving refugee women and children around the world, and an advisory board member at Springboard, a New York based nonprofit that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to help women take their business plans to market. Ms. Walton recently was awarded the 2017 Gertrude Crain Award from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for her extraordinary record of achievement and service. In 2016 she was acknowledged as a Springboard Enterprises Oracle honoree, championing women entrepreneurship. In 2015, she was named a Woman of Vision by the Anita Borg Institute, won the coveted Merit Award from the Women’s Bond Club, and earned a spot on the New York Business Journal’s inaugural “Women of Influence” list. She has also won the New York Women’s Agenda Galaxy Award and the Women’s Venture Fund Highest Leaf Award. An avid golfer and sailor, Ms. Walton lives in Switzerland with her husband Marc.

Maria Cardow is an enthusiastic and engaged business strategist with a passion for identifying opportunities and unraveling problems to their technical, operational and financial origins. With almost 20 years’ experience in financial services, technology and consulting, Cardow is advising clients on how to streamline global operations, better mitigate risk and contend with a changing regulatory and digital environment.
Based in New York, Cardow is an expert in buy-side business and technology operations with proven success advising asset and wealth management, prime brokerage, hedge funds and institutional trading firms. She understands how to get to the heart of their business challenges and craft a results-oriented plan of attack.
Prior to Synechron, Cardow was Vice President of Capital Markets Consulting at First Derivatives where she led client delivery for key North American clients including Goldman Sachs, TD Bank and Credit Suisse on projects ranging from technology training to global, credit and operational risk assessments. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world’s leading financial services innovators including Citadel, Merrill Lynch, Advise Technologies and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now part of Pricewaterhouse Coopers). In addition to her business accomplishments, Cardow is an ongoing supporter of Habit for Humanity.

Vice President, Deputy Chief Economist, RBC Economic Research, Royal Bank of Canada,
Dawn Desjardins joined the RBC Economics team in January 2006. She is a key contributor to the macroeconomic forecasts for Canada and the U.S. and is part of a team that is responsible for the interest rate forecasts for both countries. Dawn delivers economic analysis to RBC’s clients through a variety of publications and presentations. She is often interviewed by media from across North America to discuss developments in the economy and financial markets.
Prior to joining RBC, Dawn worked as a reporter for Bloomberg Financial News in Toronto covering the Canadian bond and currency markets and was the Canadian bond market strategist for a major U.S. bank for ten years. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Operational Change Manager, EMEA, ICAP
Pamela Jones is an Operations Specialist and Change Manager with over 15 years' management experience. Her tenures include managing teams at UBS, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse London and New York. After managing middle office teams throughout her career she decided to take a new role at ICAP PLC in their Global Broking Division to drive operational efficiencies and change.
While at ICAP she has been instrumental in forming ICAP’s Women’s Network, of which she is Co-Chair. Founded in 2009 she has delivered a range of in-house events at ICAP, ranging from key senior managers from across the business participating in a panel discussion and Q&A on their current roles and life experiences to introducing influential female speakers and entrepreneurs such as Michelle Mone, Eve Pollard and Susan Denmead from the charity Dress for Success alongside a suit-drive. These successful events led to her broadening her horizons and joining WILD London where she is now a member of the Board of Directors and a mentor. Pamela is also a Board member for Dress for Success London and a qualified fashion stylist.

Group Head Corporate Affairs, TP ICAP
Rebecca joined Tullett Prebon in September 2016 as Group Corporate Affairs Director. As a member of the Global Executive committee, she is responsible for devising and delivering the group’s global corporate affairs strategy. She has a key role in integrating ICAP's acquisition, developing the business’s narrative and building internal engagement. Additionally, she manages external relationships with key stakeholders, looking after media and investor relations, public affairs, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and marketing.
Rebecca has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Literature from Warwick University, and an MBA from London's City University Business School. She was most recently Group Corporate Affairs Director at Tesco plc. Rebecca is also a trustee of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust, and the Grange Festival in Hampshire.

Mouna Aouri Langendorf
Mouna Aouri is a bridge engineer and a serial tech-entrepreneur. Mouna has been involved in the tech industry since the late-90s. She has also worked for some of the best French and Japanese engineering firms in Tokyo. Mouna has built her first business in 2005, a local consulting company based in North Africa that managed engineering projects in the region led by French and Japanese engineering firms. One of the most exciting projects that Mouna has led was the launch of the first Mobile wallet technology platform in Tunisia in 2007. Following the Arab spring revolution in 2011, Mouna has relocated to Singapore with her family. Her deep desire to see more women in technology and for women to play a bigger role in founding the companies of the future led her to found Woomentum. Woomentum is the first crowdfunding platform in Asia for female led startups to raise funds, validate their market and create brand ambassadors. Woomentum is based in Singapore and has now a the fastest growing community in South East Asia.

Mrs Virginie Barbot joined the German exchange operator Deutsche Boerse Group (DBG) in 2011. In her current role she is in charge of developing the Market Data Services business of Deutsche Boerse Group.
Virginie is also responsible for Data Cooperations projects with DBG partners in Asia such as the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), the SSE (Shanghai Stock Exchange) and TAIFEX (Taiwan Futures Exchange).
Prior to joining DBG, she was a director in charge of business development for CQG, a financial software solution, in Singapore.
Pavle Sabic, FRM
Director - Market Development, S&P Capital IQ
Pavle Sabic is a Director on the Market Development team in the Product & Content division of S&P Capital IQ. In this global role, Mr. Sabic focuses on thought leadership and global business development -- including client workflow and pre- and post-sales solutions. He joined the firm's London office in 2011, where he also covered business development in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to joining S&P Capital IQ, Mr. Sabic was a product specialist in the risk management division of State Street Investment Analytics. He began his career at Kames Capital -- formerly AEGON AM -- as a Fixed Income Analyst.
Mr. Sabic graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and holds an MSC in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh. He also has an FRM certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Angelina Kwan, CPA
Managing Director, Head of Regulatory Compliance, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Ms. Angelina Kwan is currently the Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Compliance for Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Ms. Kwan has over 29 years of experience in Asia and the United States, in business development, restructuring, regulatory/compliance, as well as investor and stakeholder relations. She started her career at KPMG and has held senior management, committee, and/or board positions with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Parters, Kleinwort Benson, HG Asia Limited, Sony Pictures, and the REORIENT Group (HK376), and most recently, CLSA Limited.
Ms. Kwan is currently a Hong Kong Government appointed member of the Women's Commission, the Financial Reporting Council Process Review Panel, and the Council for Sustainable Development, a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Securities Industry Development Corporation of Malaysia, the Vice-Chairman and Director of The Women's Foundation, an Honorary Adjunct Professor of Finance for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and serves on a number of other boards and committees. She lectures frequently for various international government and regulatory organizations as well as course providers.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and Hong Kong and a graduate of the University of Southern California. Her MBA is from Pepperdine University and LLB with Hong Kong University and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Jean Donnelly is the FinTech Sandbox Executive Director who comes from Fidelity Investments, GE Capital, and EnerNOC. With a background in insurance operations and process excellence in both financial services and clean tech, she has worked in both small startups as well as established industry makers. Jean likes to get things done whether it be completing business initiatives, reducing turnaround times, or bringing new businesses on board. She looks forward to assisting FinTech Sandbox build a vibrant community.

Head of Regulatory Intelligence, Thomson Reuters
Stacey English is Head of Regulatory Intelligence for Thomson Reuters, one of the world's leading information companies. She leads a global team of regulatory experts who monitor and analyze the implications of global regulatory developments for financial services firms worldwide, as well as providing the content for regulated firms' eLearning training. She has nearly 20 years' compliance, risk, and audit experience within the financial services industry. She began her regulatory career with the Financial Services Authority (and formerly the PIA), spending six years undertaking supervisory inspections and mis-selling investigations, and drafting new rules and guidance for the industry. She spent two years as an internal auditor assessing the conduct of the regulator itself. Stacey moved into risk management within the insurance industry as a senior manager for Aviva and latterly with Lloyd's of London, where she focused on designing and embedding enterprise-wide risk assessment and reporting. She has also provided risk management consultancy services to Lloyd's syndicates. More recently, she was head of governance, reporting, and intelligence for Barclays Bank. Stacey is a qualified accountant, having gained the highest results worldwide, has first class degrees in BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting and BA (Hons) Business Administration, and holds the Financial Planning Certificate.

Lauren Fritsch is the founder and CEO of the Coaching Collective, a boutique management consulting firm that focuses on the unique needs of a fast-growing, privately-held companies. She provides change management, strategy, sales team training, talent engagement, and culture and process innovation to clients in diverse industries including manufacturing, global outsourcing, real estate, technology, health care, professional services, consumer products, hospitality, fashion, and retail.
Her clients include Olympic athletes, members of Congress, venture capitalists, and CEOs. Her work has been spotlighted by ABC, Social Media Weeks NYC + DC, South by Southwest, the INC 5000, Let's Talk Live, Design*Sponge, and Katie Couric.
A graduate of the University of Virginia and Phillips Academy in Andover, Lauren is a member of the International Coach Federation, a Certified Professional Behavioral Strategist, an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, and a certified Pilates instructor. She lives in New York City with her husband and young daughter.
