  • SIIA Releases Issue Brief Overviewing Blockchain and Presenting Policy Considerations

    SIIA published another issue brief titled, “Blockchain: Overview and Policy Considerations."  While Blockchain is most widely recognized as the technology that underpins cryptocurrency, it has a wide variety of other uses and holds potential for even more benefits.  Policymakers can best support the development of blockchain applications though a technologically neutral regulatory approach and support for experimentation, both by regulated industries and their regulators.  Read the brief here.
