"These roundtable events are worth five times what I paid. There is nothing more valuable than candid discussion among your peers. I brought home three ideas that could make my company more money instantly. There is also the cathartic aspect of knowing that you're not alone. Most of the companies at the table faced the same problems, successes and failures."

- Mark Ragan, Publisher/Executive Editor, Ragan Communications

"This meeting provides senior media company executives with a rare opportunity to spend three days in formal and informal meetings with their peers to discuss in confidence the strategic and operational issues they face and to identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth and greater profitability."

- Former attendee & publisher

Limited to just 28 participants, the SIPA's Winter Owners and Publishers Retreat is the place to find the thought leadership you are looking for among your fellow publishing executives. Participants decide the agenda via a pre-event survey to ensure that this high-level executive group will be able to focus on your biggest problems and collectively problem solve through them.

The publishing and media sectors continue to change rapidly. Are you in touch with the latest trends? Are you confident in your strategic plan? Are you taking advantage of every opportunity at your disposal? At the retreat, you can leverage the experience and expertise of industry peers and get a practical, sincere critique of your own initiatives that will help you increase your chances of success.

Since this event will take place at the beautiful Half Moon Resort & Spa in Jamaica, you can also take this chance to relax, take a break from winter’s sting and surround yourself with industry thought leaders. Click here to download the map of Half Moon Resort.

Register today to generate ideas with other publishing executives and build a network of resources you can call upon time and time again.

What Did 2016 Attendees Say About the Retreat?

"This retreat was truly excellent -- I gained new insights that will be invaluable to our success this year, and I solved several challenges that have been plaguing me. The format of the sessions was perfect for having meaningful conversations, and the moderators did an excellent job of guiding the topics and facilitating impactful discussion. I'll definitely return next year!"

"The ideas and strategies I have learned from other publishers at SIPA Retreat's has generated millions of dollars in additional revenues for my company. Bluntly, if I had not started attending the retreats before the Great Recession, I would have joined others in the ash can of failed companies."

"A great opportunity to network and share ideas with the best in the business."

"It was an excellent opportunity to spend time with and learn from peers in the industry who are going through the same types of successes and challenges that I am."

"The greatest thing since sliced bread."
