    As Chief Strategy Officer, Henrik has the overall responsibility for the company's strategic direction and the global business development. Henrik joined IT FACTORY in April 2007 and comes with more than 15 years of experience in the international IT industry. He has held a wide range of top-management positions, incl. CIO with the Danish Ministry of Finance, Director with Gartner in Paris, and a 6 years tenure with Navision Software (now Microsoft) where he held a series of directorships in Denmark, France, Australia, and finally the position of MD for Asia.     Eren Kangeldi is the Chief Executive Officer of Kaiser Technology AG, a Swiss software manufacturer who develops and implements real-time applications for manufacturing and logistics. Kangeldi joined Kaiser Technology in 2006 and is one of its co-founders. During the past two decades, Kangeldi has managed several complex organizations and successfully penetrated global markets with multinational teams.     Jeff Bennett, started his 16 year software career with Corel Corporation (1991-2000) as their executive responsible for North American Professional Services and Support. Jeff was a key member of the leadership teams responsible for several mergers and acquisitions such as the WordPerfect Utah closure, the acquisition of MetaCreation, the Borland merger attempt and the acquisition of a Linux professional services organization. In 2000, Jeff joined the leadership team of Webplan Inc (now Kinaxis) and developed strong relationships with key integrators such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
