Nick has over 20 years of experience in high technology sales and marketing including various positions in product management and engineering. He brings to 3Tera a wealth of sales experience both in direct and channel sales for software and services companies. Prior to joining 3Tera, Nick served as senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at OpSource, an infrastructure service provider that helps companies move to a SaaS model, where he had a significant role in establishing the company as the leader in the SaaS delivery market in less than two years. Before OpSource, he was vice president of Marketing for Allocity, a storage management company, where he led all aspects of marketing and product management. He helped build Allocity until it was acquired by EMC in October, 2004.



Martin BittnerMartin Bittner

As CEO and founding member of SolveDirect, Martin built up a world leading provider for centrally hosted, web-based Servicemanagement solutions. With the world's largest on demand IT-Servicemanagement platform SolveDirect automated the Servicemanagement of more than 150 major industry leading companies throughout Europe and CEE with Software-as-a-Service resulting in substantial cost- and time-savings in the service processes. Martin is also responsible for sales at SolveDirect and grew the company's turnover by more than 60 percent last year. He has more than 15 years of experience in the international IT sector. Prior to founding SolveDirect in 2000 Martin worked for IBM in Austria where he was responsible for the Servicemanagement business.

Justin Boyce Cam, CEO and co-founder of Comrange, is an experienced information technology specialist. Justin has a unique flair and insight for business software solutions and is passionate about on-demand software. Justin set up Comrange in 2002 to directly address the growing market need for scalable, rapid to deploy business applications. Justin worked as a lead consultant for Paragon Consulting and as a technical specialist to FTSE 100 companies. Justin was responsible for the Project Management and implementation of British American Tobacco PLC's corporate IT plan; the design and implementation of the BAT capital expenditure model, and the design of Marconi PLC's global Group Reporting System. Justin also was involved in project managing the roll out of systems for Inchcape's global finance and IT implementation- a project incorporating a roll out to forty-two countries over 18 months.

John has been in the IT industry since 1969, his early career as an engineer, where he rose to be European Engineering manager for the first company to launch an Intel 8080 based microcomputer. During this time John was responsible for launching many of the technologies and IT brands onto the UK market that now at the core of the IT industry. Jim CorgelJim Corgel

Jim Corgel is general manager, ISV and Developer Relations, Software Group. In this role, he is responsible for IBM's worldwide relationship with independent software vendors (ISVs), which contribute to approximately one third of IBM's revenue. He also manages the key partnerships with the development, academic, and venture capital communities which comprise IBM's industry-leading ecosystem of influencers. Mr. Corgel's career at IBM spans more than 30 years. Since joining IBM in 1975, Mr. Corgel has held a broad range of positions in marketing and field management, including responsibility for IBM's emerging markets division and the distribution industry for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his current position, Mr. Corgel led IBM's services solutions for small and medium business (SMB) clients. He was charged with growing IBM's SMB business by developing innovative solutions that match SMB client needs and enabling Business Partners to sell IBM services. Previously, Mr. Corgel was general manager for IBM's Web and application hosting services business. His team led the development of variably-priced service offerings that allow clients to scale their business and infrastructure processes based on market demands, and pay only for what they use.

Peter de Haas

Started on electronic prepress systems, but as early as 1997 joined a team that published the first completely online publishing product in transportation. Since 2000 Peter de Haas has been working on many different online innovations within Reed Business as a project manager, E-publishing manager and today as a Business Program Manager in the Reed Business Internet Group. Dave is responsible for the design and implementation of IBM's Software as a Service partner programs worldwide. Clint OramClint Oram
General Manager, Sugar Europe & Co-Founder, SugarCRM

Clint Oram is one of three co-founders of SugarCRM and co-led the product design and development as well as the customer services team through the first year of business. He is now responsible for managing SugarCRM's European operations, located in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, Clint founded Sugar?s community and managed websites like SugarForge.org and SugarExchange.com, the premiere destination for community collaboration on Sugar extensions, modules, language packs and themes. Clint's 12 years in enterprise software experience spans product management, professional services and software engineering. Cliff ReevesCliff Reeves

Cliff Reeves handles the Collaboration portfolio on Microsoft's Emerging Business Team, covering applications working with Microsoft Office Outlook®, Office, SharePoint, Messenger, Live Communications Server, and Exchange. Cliff has 30 years of experience in the software industry. He started with IBM Corp. as a programmer in England in 1971 and has held a wide range of software-product-development roles in the areas of database, application development, communication, and messaging systems. He was an influential figure in the industry adoption of object technology and was most recently the senior vice president of Knowledge Management at Lotus Development Corp. Cliff was closely involved with IBMs acquisition of Lotus Development in 1995. Reeves is married and has two daughters. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.



Jeremy RocheJeremy Roche
Chairman of the European Software Association, Chief Executive Officer, CODA Group

Jeremy Roche is chairman of the European Software Association, a trade organization representing the European software industry which he helped establish in 2005. Its aim is to become the industry's principal interface with European Union institutions, the media and the general public, and at the centre of best practice and cooperation across the business community. Jeremy is chief executive officer of CODA plc (AIM: CODA), responsible for all group operations including the global consulting and product development functions, ensuring the products and services they deliver to customers are of the highest quality. Since CODA's acquisition by Science Systems in 2000, Jeremy has been a driving force behind the company's success and global expansion and has successfully led CODA plc through a subsequent demerger which saw the company list independently on the AIM market in London. It now has direct operations in 14 countries around the world. Jeremy began his career at IBM, after which he joined the software house Lychgate UK where he held a number of senior systems engineering and sales roles. He joined Science Systems (now SciSys) as commercial director in 1990 and following the acquisition of CODA in March 2000, was appointed to head up the product strategy and research and development functions of the CODA Group. Jeremy graduated from Thames Polytechnic with a degree in business studies in 1987.



Treb RyanTreb Ryan
CEO, OpSource, Inc.

Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution. Under his leadership, MFN customers included BP Amoco, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999 and ultimately sold to MFN the following year in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Prior to co-founding SiteSmith, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Professional Services for GlobalCenter, a pioneer in the hosting and Internet services marketplace.



Colleen SmithColleen Smith
Director, Strategy and Business Development, Progress Software

Colleen Smith is VP, Software as a Service at Progress Software Corporation, a global supplier of software technology and services for developing, deploying, integrating and managing business solutions. In this role, she develops key strategies and business opportunities for Progress around all of the firms' SaaS business initiatives. Colleen joined the company in 2005 with 20 years of software and technology experience. Previously, she was CMO/SVP at Bristol Technology, responsible for the company's marketing, strategy and business development operations, worldwide. Prior to that, she was VP/GM of the Business Process and Technology Practices at AMR Research, a provider of independent analysis and actionable advice to more than 5,000 supply chain and technology executives worldwide. Colleen began her career at EDS as a systems engineer.

Erik TroanErik Troan

Prior to founding rPath, Erik served in multiple roles at Red Hat including Vice President of Product Engineering, Senior Director of Marketing, and chief developer for Red Hat Software. He managed a multimillion-dollar budget, participated in two public stock offerings and assisted in acquiring and integrating nine other companies. Erik has co-authored two editions of Linux Application Development. At rPath he is responsible for all aspects of product design and implementation and for the company's IT infrastructure. He holds BS degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Prior to this, Bert spent eight years at voice and data networking company, 3Com Corporation, where he held various executive management roles. Bert has a degree in Auditing from NIVRA University in Amsterdam.
