    Axtera AG
    www.axtera.com

SaaS (on demand) will break the old market rules and structures. In their market approach SaaS (on demand) software providers will act like Internet (Communication) Service Providers in the future. The former approach via resellers and distributors, as sales channels, will not be possible due to sinking margin rates in SaaS solutions. This will create a sustainable demand for Sales and Support Services delivered via specialized telemarketing communication centers like Axtera. Axtera can deliver such services in a reasonable cost structure by using home based freelancer- IT specialists working together in a virtual communication center. Thus Axtera has an innovative market approach.
