SIIA Welcomes Nomination of Andrei Iancu for U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Head

 

Washington, D.C. (September 6, 2017) – The Software & Information Industry Association, the principal association, today welcomed the nomination of Andrei Iancu to be the next Undersecretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and the Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

SIIA Senior Vice President for Public Policy, Mark MacCarthy, issued the following statement:
