Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to James Gerald either by fax (202-289-7097), e-mail (jgerald@siia.net), or post (SIIA, 1090 Vermont Avenue, NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20005).
- Full refund if cancellation received by October 1, 2013 (less U.S. $75 processing fee)
- 50 percent refund if received by October 28, 2013
- NO REFUNDS after October 28, 2013
