Paul Man Yiu Chow
Chief Executive, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited [HKEx]
Paul Chow was appointed Chief Executive of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) on 1 May 2003. In this capacity, Mr. Chow is also an ex-officio member of the Board of HKEx.
Before he joined HKEx, Mr. Chow was the Chief Executive, Asia Pacific ex-Japan Region, of HSBC Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited for six years from April 1997 to April 2003.
Mr. Chow is currently a member of the Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee of the Government of the HKSAR, the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, and the Council and Court of the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Director of the Board of World Federation of Exchanges and Chairman of its Working Committee.

James Dyson is the chief representative for Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group -
China, and manager of its Chinese Language Services. James entered the news
business when he joined Telerate in 1987. After Telerate was bought by Dow Jones
in 1989, he became part of the much larger Dow Jones news operation in London.
In 1996, James became news editor for Dow Jones Newswires’ Commodities Service
in Europe. He relocated to Singapore in mid-1997 to oversee the news coverage of
the Asia-Pacific commodity markets. In 2000 James moved to Beijing to manage Dow
Jones’ Chinese Language Services. In January 2008 he became the chief
representative of Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group in China.

VP, Technology and Director of Research and Develpment, NYSE Euronext Advanced
Trading Solutions
Mr. Conor Allen is Vice President of Technology and Director of
Research and Development for NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions.In this
role, Mr. Allen is responsible for the High Performance Messaging Division of
NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions, which produces the Wombat Data Fabric;
a multi-transport shared memory based messaging system that provides
breakthrough messaging performance in terms of latency and throughput. Mr. Allen
is also responsible for Research and Development within NYSE Euronext Advanced
Trading Solutions, he evaluates new and emerging technologies and determining
their applicability within the NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions product
stack.

Bradley
Managing Director,

Craig Bradley founded MicroRose in 1995, an organisation specialising
in performing audits solely on behalf of exchanges/market data providers, to
assess compliance with their policies/contracts. In the past two years,
MicroRose has performed in excess of 200 on-site audits worldwide, 60% of which
were consumer firms/end users, 40% vendors. The majority of these audits were
for more than one data provider at the same time. MicroRose continues to be the
most prolific royalty/compliance audit operator in the industry. Craig has been
in the market data industry for 18 years, working for both a London vendor and
exchange before founding MicroRose.
Gordon Mark Brown
Head of Information Technology, Fund Management, Asia, Information Technology, Prudential Fund Management
Gordon Brown joined Prudential Corporation Asia in July 2004 as the Regional Head of Information Technology - Funds. Gordon is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has 17 years of Asset Management experience of which 11 years have been spent in progressive roles with Asset Management software vendors. Prior to joining Prudential, Gordon worked as the Head of Client Relationship Management for Charles River Development based out of London with responsibility for all European and Asian clients. As the Head of Information Technology - Fund Management Asia, Gordon manages the Regional Funds IT team in Singapore and local teams in 10 ventures across the region, with the responsibility of developing, implementing and supporting the core applications that manage and control risk and drive synergies for the Fund Management businesses across the region.
Stacey Campbell

Stacey currently leads NZX's (New Zealand Exchange's) data product design and
sales functions across its real time product offerings plus its reference and
fundamental data businesses. Stacey has worked in a variety of sales, account
management and operational positions at NZX Data for the past four years. Prior
to NZX, Stacey worked in the Insurance industry at AXA New Zealand and
Independent Insurance and Trenwick Lloyd's Syndicate in London.
Bryan Chan
Information Services Department, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Bryan joined HKEx and its Risk Management Department in 2000 and was appointed Deputy Head of Clearing in 2001. He became Head of Information Services in 2005. Prior to joining HKEx, Mr. Chan was a member of the Administrative Officer grade in the Hong Kong Government for more than 10 years. His last postings in the Government included the Hong Kong delegation to the World Trade Organization in Geneva and the Financial Services Bureau. Mr. Chan has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Tom Davin is Managing Director, Financial Information Services Division (FISD)
for the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). FISD is the global,
neutral forum for the financial information industry with a diverse membership
that includes major market data vendors, exchanges, technology providers, and
the financial institutions that utilize financial data products. Tom works
closely with FISD members to identify major issues and seek opportunities to
bring the financial information industry together to discuss and resolve those

He has been responsible for spearheading Tullett Prebon Information's growing Asian inter-dealer broker data business. Prior to joining Tullett Prebon Information, he worked at Reuters for more than a decade and most recently was Head of Content Acquisition. As an experienced market data professional, he is a frequent speaker at industry events and served on the FISD executive committee for several years. E. John Fildes is the Managing Director of
Instinet Pacific, responsible for all the operations of Instinet in non-Japan
Asia. Prior to this he was with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong for 10 years where
he held positions as the Head of Equity Marketing and Head of Electronic and
Program Trading for the Institutional Equity Division in Asia-Pacific. Before
that he was the Head of MSCI for Asia Pacific and was actively involved in the
launch of MSCI futures contracts for Taiwan and Singapore on SIMEX. He is also
the Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific FIX (Financial Information Exchange Protocol)
Steering Committee and is active in promoting the protocol throughout the
region. He has been a member of the Steering Committee since 2000. He has
written and spoken extensively on the subject of FIX and Electronic Trading.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Mr. Fildes held various positions in Europe with

Wenlin Juang is the
Business Development Manager for the Enterprise Division at Thomson Reuters.
Based in Hong Kong, her role is to drive the business for the pricing and
reference data feed primarily used in the middle and back office of custodians
banks, fund administrators and fund managers. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters,
Wenlin was a relationship manager at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong,
responsible for developing the fund management business. Her other professional
experiences also included setting up a hedge fund for China Development
Industrial Bank as well as working as an institutional sales for Smith Barney
Inc. in both New York and Hong Kong.
Neil Katkov, PhD

Neil Katkov, based in the firm's Tokyo office, is Senior Vice President of Celent's Asia Research group. Mr.Tagliavia founded InfoDyne in 1992 and pioneered ultra low latency technology solutions for the financial front office market including high performance middleware, low latency market data, and high volume transaction systems, InfoDyne was acquired by IBM in 2008, and Mr.Tagliavia now runs the Websphere Front Office and Low Latency Messaging business globally within IBM.
Prior to founding InfoDyne, Mr.Tagliavia held development and management positions for 8 years at Reuters, where, among other activities, he oversaw the development of all Triarch datafeed terminating products for Reuters Integrated Data Network (IDN). Washington, D.C. for 10 years. She has also had experience with the British

Yong Wang
CEO of Shanghai Stock Exchange InfoNet Ltd.
Yong Wang joined the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1991 as deputy manager of
Trading Department and Engineering Department. He was further the manager of
Communications Department of Engineering Headquarters and deputy director of
Information Center. In 1995 Mr. Wang became the deputy president of Shanghai
Securities News, chairman and CEO of Shanghai Securities Information Ltd.. In
2002, he was appointed director of Information Service Group of Shanghai Stock
Exchange. He took the current position since 2003. Mr. Wang is a committee
member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai. He
holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University. Mr. Wang presided and directed several
award winning application projects in the securities industry, such as the 2nd
Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress and twice the 1st Prize of
Shanghai Science and Technology Progress.

Association (SIIA)
Wasch's involvement in SIIA is based on both personal and professional
interests. His long-standing interest in computers and software, coupled with
the industry's need for a central trade association, led him to establish the
Software Publishers Association (SPA) in 1984 with an initial group of 25
software firms. Wasch has led the association from its infancy to its merger
with the Information Industry Association in January 1999, resulting in the
formation of SIIA.
Andre Went
Managing Director, Data Solutions Europe, NYSE Euronext
Andre Went graduated from the Erasmus, Rotterdam (Economics) in 1988. He joined the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 1989 and worked on the implementation of the Trading System Amsterdam in the early 90s. After the merger with the Belgian and French exchanges in 2000 he became Group Policy Director based in Paris followed by his appointment of Director Strategy and Market Development in 2003. He was involved in several strategic projects and several international working committees of the FESE and World Federation of Exchanges. As of 1 January 2005 he is responsible as Managing Director of the business line Data Solutions in Europe. Data Solutions is responsible for providing financial market information of the NYSE Euronext Group and related services to the market.
Jutta Werner

Jutta Werner is currently Head of Content Acquisition for Asia Pacific for Thomson Reuters and has previously headed up the third party content acquisition & rights management activity for Reuters in Asia Pacific since 2004. Her team manages all commercial, contractual and compliance discussions with content suppliers to Thomson Reuters across the region and her current base is Singapore. Prior to her Asian roles she has worked in various content acquisition roles based out of London, and was in charge for the Reuters specialist data business globally between 2000 and 2004. In total she has 11 years of experience in the Market Data industry, covering both client facing and supplier facing roles in Sweden, France, the UK and Asia. Jutta holds a Master degree from EDHEC Graduate business school in France and a postgraduate degree in Business Studies from the London School of Economics.
