Founder & Managing Partner, Burton-Taylor International Consulting LLC Douglas B Taylor is Founder & Managing Partner of Burton-Taylor International Consulting LLC, a business consulting organization created in 2006 and focused on helping information, news, software and financial services companies improve performance. He is also Managing Director of the Emerging Markets Information Service (EMIS), a product of Euromoney Institutional Investor company ISI Emerging Markets. Mr. Taylor entered the financial information space at Reuters in 1987, where he spent 15 years in North America, South America and Europe, the last 5 of which heading Reuters news marketing and product management globally. After leaving Reuters, and before founding Burton-Taylor, Mr. Taylor headed the marketing and product development divisions, as well as the Investment Management, Investment Banking & Research, Institutional Equities and Wealth Management business units for Thomson Financial in Asia. He has also served as Chief Marketing Officer at software developer Insurance Technologies and as Manager, Partner Engagement at software giant Microsoft Corporation. Strategic Business Development, SIX Financial Information David Lecompte joined SIX Financial Information’s UK office in 2000 as team leader for the Eurobonds desk, before moving on to Training and Quality Manager for the UK market. He relocated to Paris in 2003, where he held the positions of Head of Business Development and Sales Director for France, Monaco and Andorra. He worked to establish SIX Financial Information as a key player in the French market, contributing to various industry working groups such as MiFID. Since the beginning of 2008, David has joined SIX Financial Information’s global Strategic Business Development team.
