Why Nominate?

For over 30 years, the SIIA CODiE Awards have honored thousands of software, education, information and media products for achieving excellence. The CODiE Awards remain the only peer-recognized program in the business and education technology industries so each CODiE Award win serves as incredible market validation for a product’s innovation, vision, and overall industry impact. CODiE Award finalists and winners experience increased product recognition; increased press, customer and prospect visibility; product validation for your team; and the simple enjoyment of standing out as the best amongst the competition.

  • CODiE Awards gave me and my team a genuine sense of accomplishment and recognition. It boosted our confidence in our ideas, and their realization, with hard work.

    - Saleem Qazi, CEO, RaaWee Inc.
  • We like nominating our product for the CODiE awards because we are being judged by our peers. The judges that we worked with were real pros in the industry and they asked the tough questions. This rigorous evaluation validates our recognition as a finalist.

    - Ann Torry, VP of Marketing, BirdDogHR
  • The process was very organized, which is great for marketing because we already have a lot of moving parts to consider. We appreciate everyone being very responsive in a timely manner, answering any questions we may have had, and keeping a standardized workflow for people to follow.

    - Ali Miscevich, Corporate Marketing Director, Veritone, Inc. - for Veritone Media
  • SIIA has a professional and sensible application process that makes applying for the CODiE's easy and equitable for all participants. The product categories provided each year are both unique and challenging for new and existing competitors across each market.

    - Stephen Cunha, Product Marketing Manager, Litmos by CallidusCloud
  • For being such a huge, longstanding, and prestigious awards program, the CODiE process remains personal, relevant, and is even improving with time. The care of admin staff and judges is evident throughout.

    - Judith Smith-Meyer, Education Communications Specialist, Lesson Planet
  • The CODIE Awards are a great way to receive feedback on your products while seeing how you stack-up against other like companies.

    - Jason Boland Varsity Tutors Marketing Director
  • SIIA has been great to work with. Getting email notifications and reminders along the way definitely made our CODiE nomination easy to manage. The staff has been incredibly responsive answering questions and troubleshooting. I heart SIIA :)

    - Nicole Panas, Marketing Director, Aspera Technologies, Inc.
  • CODiE is probably the toughest award on the market and that’s why we love it. The judges are well versed into the topics and always ask pertinent questions, competition is heating up every year, making every win count even more. Congratulations on keeping this going for so many years at this level – we appreciate the competition, and we also learn from the experience.

    - Delia Ene, Communications & AR Senior Manager, Avangate
  • The CODiE team bent over backwards to help us out at every stage. They were friendly, informative and helpful throughout.

    - Christina Lynch, Marketing Manager, Helastel Ltd.
  • As always, the SIIA CODiE team was extremely responsive and organized. The judges selected for our category, Best Source for Reference or Education Resources, were excellent - they asked great questions and were clearly interested in Curriki! We want to thank the SIIA CODiE Awards for allowing us to be a part of this distinguished group of CODiE Finalists!

    - Janet Pinto, CAO/CMO, Curriki
  • The CODiE awards provide a fun and informative way to share critical information about the leaders and innovators in Education Technology. SIIA provides a very valuable service to the education community. Thank you!

    - Ossa Fisher, SVP & CMO, Istation
  • It is essential to enter the CODiE Awards. Being a finalist or, better yet, a winner validates a product's legitimacy in ways far beyond what typical marketing efforts can do.

    - Jennifer Harrison, J Harrison Public Relations Group
  • Edvance360 has found the CODiE award process to be refreshingly authentic and transparent. Being judged by peers versus paid judges makes the award more valuable and "real" versus some of the pay-to-win groups out there. This makes sure smaller companies like ours - known for innovation rather than size - are visible and competitive.

    - Cathy Garland, VP of Marketing & Sales, Edvance360
  • The CODiE evaluations are an outstanding way to get real-world feedback on a product, from educational practitioners who are willing to share their candid perspective. We were able to integrate some of the feedback from the judges almost immediately into our program, as well as include some more strategic items on our product roadmap. We find this process invaluable for validating that we are meeting the expectations of the education market.

    - Allison Duquette, Executive Vice President, Think Through Learning Inc.
  • Having a new product, particularly an innovative one like credentialed social media/scholarly blogs, judged by industry peers with good commentary was a rewarding experience and reinforces our mission.

    - Pat Sabosik, General Manager, ACI Scholarly Blog Index, published by the ACI Information Group
