Each product nominated must have a separate nomination form.

All nominations received between October 6-19 will be assessed an additional $150 late fee.

Become an SIIA member and receive a CODiE Award nomination for free. SIIA members always pay less, but for qualifying new members,* your first CODiE Award nomination will cost absolutely nothing. If you complete your CODiE Award nomination prior to joining SIIA, a credit of up to $995 will be applied to your first year membership dues if you join within 30 days of submitting your nomination.

*Applies only to organizations that have not been an SIIA member in the past three years (expired July 31, 2010 or earlier).
