Each product nominated must have a separate nomination form.

All nominations received between September 20 and October 4 will be assessed an additional late fee.

Become an SIIA member and receive a CODiE Award nomination for free. SIIA members always pay less, but for qualifying new members,* your first CODiE Award nomination will cost absolutely nothing. If you complete your CODiE Award nomination prior to joining SIIA, a credit of up to $995 will be applied to your first year membership dues if you join within 30 days of submitting your nomination.

*Applies only to organizations that have not been an SIIA member in the past three years (expired July 31, 2011 or earlier).

The primary deadline for submission of nominations:

Late Nominations Period

Entries received after September 20 but prior to 5PM on October 4 will be charged an additional late nomination fee:

  • Members: $100
  • Non-Members: $200
