In the digital world, companies with a strong knowledge base or brand presence have substantial opportunities to mine these resources to generate new products and new revenue streams. However, uncertain business models, fast-changing technologies, and the need to show a quick ROI baffle many publishers and knowledge-rich companies. In this brown bag discussion, content-rich companies will reveal how they leveraged their information resources and technology to produce new products and revenue streams, including the challenges they have faced and the success they have achieved.
