What do I need to register my copyrighted work with the U.S. Copyright Office through SIIA's service?

To register a copyrighted work with the U.S. Copyright Office SIIA will submit to the Copyright Office:

• a completed copyright registration application form;

• one copy (if unpublished) or two copies (if published) of the copyrighted work; and

• the appropriate filing fee.
