Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is set to start planning the Summit's program and there’s room for a few more ‘worker bees’ who can provide feedback to SIIA to help build a program related to: “Navigating Next”

More specific responsibilities, during or between planning calls, are:

  1. Recommend keynotes, featured speakers, or speakers that should apply
  2. Recommend strands and panel topics for breakouts/sessions
  3. Recommend potential Sponsors and Industry Partners (with contact info)
  4. Help extend invitations to speakers that you know personally – to apply for speaking slot
  5. Help review the speaker applications and recommend acceptance (or not)
  6. Recommend Innovation Incubator Applicants, promote the program, judge applicants, mentor presenters
  7. Contribute a blog to conference website and promote the event using your social media connections

If you are interested in joining and helping the following people on 5-6 planning calls on periodic Wednesdays at 4 pm Eastern lasting 45 minutes until the program/agenda is fully developed, contact Karen Billings.

We realize that you have many other commitments and won’t make all of the meetings and we’re extremely grateful for your time - and to these members who have already signed up!
