Steering Committee
The Steering Committee helped plan the Summit's program this year by providng feedback to SIIA related to the theme of “Navigating Next” . Their specific responsibilities, during or between planning calls, were to:
- Recommend keynotes, featured speakers, or speakers that should apply
- Recommend strands and panel topics for breakouts/sessions
- Recommend potential Sponsors and Industry Partners (with contact info)
- Help extend invitations to speakers that you know personally – to apply for speaking slot
- Help review the speaker applications and recommend acceptance (or not)
- Recommend Innovation Incubator Applicants, promote the program, judge applicants, mentor presenters
- Contribute a blog to conference website and promote the event using your social media connections
