Since taking the reins as CEO in 1984, McNealy has steered Sun to constant growth and innovation. His vision and business acumen have made him one of the most influential and widely quoted leaders in the complex, fluid, and fast-moving IT industry.



Peter KannPeter R. Kann
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Dow Jones & Company

Peter R. Kann is chairman and chief executive officer of Dow Jones & Company and editorial director of Dow Jones' publications. Mr. Kann's association with Dow Jones began in the summer of 1963 as a Newspaper Fund intern in the San Francisco bureau of the Journal. He joined the paper as a staff reporter in 1964 and worked in its Pittsburgh and Los Angeles news bureaus.

Scott C. Marden is responsible for managing all of the operations within the Information & Media Services segment, including the BusinessWeek Group, Broadcasting Group, the McGraw-Hill Construction Group and Aviation Week Group, Platts and the Healthcare Information Group. Before assuming his current position, he was a partner with Compass Partners International, L.L.C. Previously, he served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Marvel Entertainment Group, Inc.



Craig SwensonCraig Swenson, Ph.D.
Provost & Senior Vice President
University of Phoenix

Craig Swenson served as Senior Vice President of the University's Northwest Region and was responsible for opening the campuses in Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. He holds bachelor and master's degrees in organizational communication and earned a Ph.D. in education with an emphasis in adult and organizational learning. He has published and speaks frequently in the areas of higher education, organizational management, distance education, and faculty development.
