In addition, Jeff has been a senior executive with SIIA, Inlumen (now part of the MarketWatch Division of Dow Jones), Office.com/Winstar, N2K, Thomson Financial and CompuServe.

Amiad Solomon, Chief Executive Officer, Peer39
Amiad is the CEO and Founder of Peer39. Together with Peer39 scientists, research and development and marketing groups, he developed the core patents covering Peer39's unique semantic analysis technology and business practices. Prior to founding Peer39, Mr. Solomon was a sales and business development executive at IDX (acquired by GE). Mr. Solomon is one of the world's leading experts on the application of semantic technology to next-generation online advertising. He is a sought after speaker at industry conferences and events, including Jupiter's Web3 Event (keynote), OMMA, AlwaysOn OnMedia and Technology conferences, and many more.

Randall Rothenberg, President & CEO, IAB
Randall Rothenberg is the president and CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the advocacy, marketing, research, and supply chain arm of the U.S. digital media industry. Previously, Mr. Rothenberg was the Senior Director of Intellectual Capital of Booz Allen Hamilton, where he oversaw business development, knowledge management, and thought leadership activities. He also served as the firm's Chief Marketing Officer.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rothenberg spent six years at The New York Times, where he was the technology editor and politics editor of the Sunday magazine, the daily advertising columnist, and a media and marketing reporter. For 10 years, he was a marketing and media columnist for Advertising Age. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book, Where the Suckers Moon: An Advertising Story.

Mr. Rothenberg received an undergraduate degree in classics from Princeton. He and his wife, Susan Roy, live in New York City.

Mark Bohannon, General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Public Policy
Mr. Bohannon is responsible for the legal and public policy agenda of the principal trade association of the digital code and content industry. His work in areas such as intellectual property, ecommerce, and the Internet, includes not only North America, but also Europe and the Pacific Rim. Prior to joining SIIA, Mr. Bohannon was a senior official of the U.S. Department of Commerce where he served as Chief Counsel for Technology and Counsellor to the Under Secretary. During his tenure, he was integrally involved in a wide range of technology development, intellectual property, trade, global legal framework, ecommerce and domain name policy areas.
