His other responsibilities include setting of data usage policies, pricing models, and revenue forecasting, covering all TMX Group market data products and properties, including Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, Montreal Exchange and Alpha market data. Additionally, Michael's team supports other TMX Datalinx market data and delivery technology products such as co-location, TMX Atrium, TMX Information Processor, and CDS Innovations. Michael is Vice-Chair of the FISD Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Exchange Constituency Group. |

Scott J. Preiss is vice president, Securities Classifications for Standard & Poor’s, which administers the CUSIP numbering system and the CUSIP International Numbering System (CINS) for the United States, Canada, and various global territories under contract to the American Bankers Association. Under Scott’s direction, Securities Classifications is responsible for the development and operation of the ANNA Service Bureau, launched in July 2001 as a central hub for the consolidation and distribution of ISIN data from >70 global markets, and jointly operated with Telekurs Financial, Zurich. Standard & Poor’s Securities Classifications also provides a variety of cross-referencing, obligor and entity-identification solutions to market participants, including collaboration with D&B to link entity hierarchies with securities identifiers for risk management and compliance needs. |

Martin Williams VP, Reference Data Product Development, Interactive Data Corporation
Martin Williams is recognized as an expert on the creation, collection and distribution of high-quality reference data for use across the financial instrument processing lifecycle. As vice president of Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data’s Reference Data Product Development team, Mr. Williams is responsible for the product strategy and for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Interactive Data in the Reference Data market. Since assuming this role, Mr. Williams has led the development and introduction of several completely new reference data offerings including the Business Entity Service which is designed to help clients meet their requirements for managing credit, market and operational risk, and compliance under a variety of global risk management and liquidity risk regulations. Mr. Williams has also been instrumental in the development and implementation of the firm’s next-generation reference data strategy which is bringing to market a set of transformational new services targeting data management and usage throughout the enterprise.
Previous to this role, Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data’s Institutional Data Delivery Products Business for seven years. There he led the Company’s institutional business, a $130 million business line specializing in pricing, reference data, on-line and access products. Mr. Williams’ contributions have been critical to establishing Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data as a leading provider of high-quality, award-winning reference data services that are utilized by many of the world’s largest and most innovative financial institutions as well as leading solutions providers.
A 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Williams previously managed the Asset Backed Securities Group (ABSG) for The Muller Data Corporation. ABSG was a provider of descriptive and pricing data for mortgage related securities. Muller and ABSG were part of Thomson Financial Services and were subsequently sold to Interactive Data in 1999. A major highlight of Mr. Williams’ tenure at Muller Data was building and leading ABSG’s securities pricing service. Prior to joining ABSG, he served as a project leader at RMJ Securities for the firm’s dealer operations software system. Before arriving on Wall Street, Mr. Williams served as a project manager and systems analyst at AT&T.
Mr. Williams holds a Masters in Business Administration from Rider University and a B.S. in Marketing and Information Systems from Manhattan College.
