Tom Davin is Managing Director, Financial Information Services Division (FISD) for the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). FISD is the global, neutral forum for the financial information industry with a diverse membership that includes major market data vendors, exchanges, technology providers, and the financial institutions that utilize financial data products. Tom works closely with FISD members to identify major issues and seek opportunities to bring the financial information industry together to discuss and resolve those issues. FISD conducts regular membership events in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and hosts the biennial World Financial Information Conference – the premiere global industry conference for financial information professionals.

Jeremy is currently the Global Head of Market Data at the Standard Chartered Bank. He has global responsibility for the firm's market data function including engineering, service and support, financial and contract management, regulatory support, real-time data delivery, referential and historical data delivery. Jeremy is an experienced market data service manager and has a track record in areas of department structure realignment and off-shoring, market data cost efficiency and reduction, data vendor management and change management, low latency middleware, direct feed architecture and engineering etc. Prior to Standard Chartered, Jeremy worked for Mizuho Securities in Japan as a Global Prime Services & Electronic Trading Infrastructure Manager.

Stuart Gurr

Head of Global Trading Technology, RBS Global Markets

Stuart is currently the Asia Pacific Head of Global Trading Technology for RBS, with responsibilty for providing a full spectrum of investment banking related infrastructure technologies, covering electronic trading, market data, eCommerce, grid computing and execution/market connectivity services. The division's product coverage is cross asset-class and extends from front through to back office operations, from client research through to settlement and confirmation. Stuart has previously worked at JP Morgan in various capacities and prior to that spent many years travelling the world with PwC and Accenture advising Financial Services firms on internet-based wealth management and dealing propositions. Originally from the UK, Stuart graduated from university with entirely unfulfilled specialism's in predictive speech algorithms and microprocessor design.

Stuart is the head of Market Data for DBS Bank with responsibility for both the commercial and technical aspects of market data as well as trade floor infrastructure including voice systems. Joining the organization in 2012 Stuart has implemented a centralized market data management structure for the organization. Stuart has over 20 years market data and trade floor technology experience and previously worked for a number of different firms including Citigroup and Schroders.
