Sandro Baroni is the head of Prices and Indices Development area of ANBIMA which is responsible for calculating and disclosing Indicative Prices and fixed income Indices, aiming at more liquid, transparent and efficient secondary markets. ANBIMA Indicative Prices for Government Bonds and Debentures are broadly used by financial market participants, especially for market to market activities. Mr. Baroni was one of the senior economists responsible for the development of the Association’s Pricing Methodology and, since 2005, is in charge of the projects expanding Anbima’s pricing activities. A Latin American Debt Capital Markets specialist, Marcelo Fleury, 47, is an international executive with nearly three decades of experience in some of the world's premiere financial markets – São Paulo, New York and London who joined CETIP S.A. in August 2006 as a Senior executive in charge of business development and international relations and is the firm’s designated representative on its ISDA, ICMA and ACSDA memberships. Mr. Fleury also oversees strategy for CETIPnet, the electronic trading platform. With a long and distinguished career where he has held posts as Chief Dealer, Manager, Managing Director and Managing Partner at various firms in Brazil and abroad, his expertise played a key role in the growth and success of some of the most recognized banks and brokerage firms in the sector.

Mr. Fleury began in 1983 with Chicago-based Conti Commodity’s affiliate brokerage Penfield Commodity Ltda. in São Paulo as an International Economics analyst. He later specialized in Precious Metals trading at domestic market-maker Banco Goldmine S.A. He has developed a diverse background in all phases of securities brokerage with particular emphasis on Latin American Emerging Markets. Highlights include opening an office in Brazil for London-based Tullett Prebon plc., Mr. Fleury has been widely credited to have successfully introduced in Brazil the first electronic trading platform for Brady bonds linking top local banks with New York and London major banks.

Mr. Fleury relocated to New York in 1996 as Senior Vice President, Head of Brazil desk for Brady bonds brokerage at Garban Corporates LLC., a subsidiary of ICAP plc., the world's largest Interdealer Broker. During his 5-year term at the firm he has also helped it organize its BRL NDFs desk within the Harlow Meyer Savage FX derivatives division. Subsequently, Mr. Fleury joined Sterling Financial Investment, a South Florida-based broker dealer in 2001 as Managing Director for Latin America Institutional Sales where he stayed until joining Unibanco Luxembourg S.A. as Head of European Institutional Fixed Income Sales in January 2004. While working in the US, Mr. Fleury has held FINRA’s Series 7 and 63 licenses.

He has attended the College of Economics and Business Administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Clint Rhea is Chief Operating Officer at Need to Know News, LLC (NTKN), a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG. In this role, Mr. Rhea oversees the development of AlphaFlash, Deutsche Börse’s global machine readable news feed offering. He works closely with clients and product development teams to ensure its dominant competitive position in the field of machine readable macroeconomic and corporate news data.
Mr. Rhea joined Need to Know News in 2007 to help create Lightning Bolt, which was optimized and rebranded “AlphaFlash” when NTKN was acquired by Deutsche Börse subsidiary Market News International in November 2009.
Prior to NTKN, Mr. Rhea was at Great Point Capital, LLC (GPC), an equities trading firm, where he helped manage day-to-day operations. Mr. Rhea trained incoming traders on firm strategy, software and managed the risk department while actively supervising more than 300 traders. During his tenure at GPC, he helped open a successful trading operation in India, where he was responsible for training the traders and implementing management operations.
