SIIA Government Affairs supports the development of a robust global electronic marketplace that is diverse and highly competitive. To reach this end, SIIA is the leading voice of the software & information industry across a wide-range of issues, including intellectual property protection, privacy, taxation of electronic commerce, security, telecommunications and information infrastructures, government information policy, education technology and workforce development. SIIA accomplishes this by working closely with members to identify the key issues and develop unified positions within our broad membership.
