Fred Wilson began his career in venture capital in 1987. He has focused exclusively on information technology investments for the past 17 years. From 1987 to 1996, Fred was first an Associate and then a General Partner at Euclid Partners, a New York based, early stage, venture capital firm founded in 1970. At Euclid Partners, Fred was responsible for a number of investments, including Freeloader, Multex, PowerCenter Systems and UCA&L. In 1996, Fred co-founded Flatiron Partners. While at Flatiron, Fred was responsible for 14 investments including, ITXC, Patagon, Starmedia, TheStreet.com and Yoyodyne. Fred currently serves on the boards of Alacra, Comscore, iBiquity, Return Path, Instant Information and Tacoda Systems. Fred has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Halyard, Ms. Benedetto was a General Partner at Impact Venture Partners, an information technology-focused venture capital fund. Prior to Impact, Ms. Benedetto was a Director at CIBC Capital Partners, the merchant banking arm of CIBC World Markets, where she focused on communications, Internet and business services investments. Before that, Ms. Benedetto worked for NationsBank Corporation in the Venture Capital Group and the Investment Banking Group. She represents Halyard on the Board of Pfingsten Publishing and formerly sat on the Board of Hanley-Wood. Ms. Benedetto received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.B.A with Highest Honors from The University of Texas.

Joel Dreyfuss is a journalist and editorial executive with more than 30 years experience in print, broadcasting, and Internet publications. He joined Red Herring in August 2004, where he oversees all editorial content. He is a former senior writer at Bloomberg Markets and was editor-in-chief of Urban Box Office, an Internet startup. Mr. Dreyfuss was editor-in-chief of Information Week, the editor of PC Magazine and served two stints at Fortune magazine, first as an associate editor and Tokyo bureau chief and then as a senior editor and personal technology columnist.



Steve FademSteve Fadem
President and Chief Executive Officer, The Relegence Corporation

Mr. Fadem brings to The Relegence Corporation more than twenty years of experience in the media, communications, entertainment and information services industries. He has served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Relegence for the past four years, leading the company from its start-up status to a leadership position in the financial services industry. Prior to Relegence he served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Global Decisions Group, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio company. One of its subsidiaries, MCM, now part of Informa, provides real time financial information and analysis to fixed income and currency traders worldwide, while its other operating company, CERA, now part of IHS, is the preeminent research and consulting firm in the energy field. Previously, he served as the President of NYNEXís cable and entertainment division after a stint as the Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Viacom Entertainment. Earlier, he served in senior business affairs and legal positions at Multimedia Entertainment, Warner Amex and Viacom. Mr. Fadem earned his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his JD at the Emory School of Law.



Lex Miron
Executive Director, Interactive Media, CIBC World Markets

Mr. Miron brings 12 years of Media related experience to CIBC and focuses on the Interactive Media and Entertainment sectors, including online content, emerging growth content distribution, online advertising and marketing. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Miron spent two years at Savvian in San Francisco where the group worked closely with both New and Traditional Media Companies. Previously, he was a corporate finance officer at JPMorgan where he executed a wide range of transactions including M&A, Initial Public Offering and Debt Capital Markets transactions. Mr. Miron received his M.B.A. from The Tuck School and his A.B. from Dartmouth College.



Will PorteusWill Porteus
General Partner, RRE Ventures

Mr. Porteous is a General Partner with RRE Ventures. He was previously a Principal, having joined the firm as an Associate in 2000. Before joining the venture capital industry, Mr. Porteous held senior management positions in marketing and product management with SupplyWorks and NetMarket, the e-commerce pioneer now owned by Cendant Corp. Mr. Porteous is a Director of Coldwatt, Electric Cloud, NTM, Softcoin and Trusted Data and a former Director of Frictionless Commerce (acquired by SAP) and Tacit Networks (acquired by PKTR). In addition, he is actively involved in the firmís investments in BitPass, Ember, and PrimeRevenue. He also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia Business School and as a Director of the Software Division of the Software and Information Industry Association. Mr. Porteous holds an MBA from Harvard University, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA with Honors from Stanford University where he served as Captain of the Varsity Crew.

Justin Sadrian has been with Warburg Pincus since 2000. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked at J.P.
