Host Sponsorship
Sponsorship Investment: $7,500 or $15,000 (non-members pay 50% premium)
The Host Sponsorship is our premiere sponsorship package, offering organizations the highest level of visibility throughout the conference. We consider Host Sponsors partners in putting the conference together and the visibility and recognition you receive as a Host Sponsor reflects this.
A Host Sponsorship is limited participation; each receives category exclusivity at this level. In addition, Host Sponsors may choose between two different options:
- Sponsorship Option 1: Sponsorship investment of $7,500 for SIIA members or $11,250 for non-SIIA members AND you agree to engage in a robust marketing campaign to prospective attendees. (This option is for qualified organizations only who can, in fact, support ongoing market outreach in a meaningful way.)
- Sponsorship Option 2: Sponsorship investment of $15,000 for SIIA members or $22,500 for non-SIIA members.
Other features of the Host Sponsorship include:
- Recognized in all pre-, post-, and onsite conference events and materials as Host Sponsor
- Listed as Host Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials
- Logo will be prominently displayed on the website and conference materials
- Company profile listed on the Sponsor page of the event website
- Speaking Visibility - Options include: Introduce a keynote or panel discussion
- Editorial Visibility - Series of featured articles on website and email, plus option for white paper downloads
- Table-top display in the conference networking area
- Three complimentary conference registrations for staff or clients
- Full Attendee Roster - Post-conference attendee contact roster (includes full contact details of those who do not opt out of having this information included in the roster)
Gold Sponsorship
Sponsorship Investment: $5,000 (non-memberspay 50% premium)
The Gold Sponsorship offers organizations the significant visibility throughout the conference and is limited to five organizations. Sponsorship investment is $5,000 for SIIA members or $7,500 for non-SIIA members.
Other features of the Gold Sponsorship include:
- Listed as Gold Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials
- Choice of “owning” one of the Summit Events at the conference:

Silver Sponsorship
Sponsorship Investment: $3,000 (non-members pay 50% premium)
The Silver Sponsorship offers organizations brand visibility throughout the conference. Sponsorship investment is $3,000 for SIIA members or $4,500 for non-SIIA members.
Other features of the Silver Sponsorship include:
- Listed as Silver Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials
- Choice of “owning” an event element – to be mutually agreed on between your organization and the SIIA. Your logo will be displayed and you will be recognized at the event as sponsoring this element.

The Bronze Sponsorship offers organizations brand visibility throughout the conference. Sponsorship investment is $2,000 for SIIA members or $3,000 for non-SIIA members.

- Listed as Bronze Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials
