Why move to mobile? It sounds like an obvious question, but when you are in the B2B information business --- it’s not. While you may have optimized your website for mobile, getting your customers and/or readers to adopt mobile applications is a completely different story. During these challenging times, you can’t invest time, money and energy in mobile products without a solid business case. So how does a publisher know it’s time? There has to be a better reason than “everyone is doing it.”
In this webinar, FREE for members of SIIA/SIPA/ABM, you will learn the which metrics can help you determine if investing in mobile now makes sense for the business. What are the considerations for appealing to your customers and readers’ preferences? How do publishers monetize these new revenue streams?
There is a lot to consider. You’ll hear case studies of how publishers have evaluated their mobile markets, and what steps they took to start down the path of mobile products. Your customers and readers may not be using mobile in ways that consumers of B2C information products do, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t opportunity in mobile for your business. Hear from publishers – hear the challenges, learn the data and understand how other B2B information providers moved their users into the mobile app era. At the end, you’ll have a checklist of things to consider when making the business case for mobile.
