Hilary London: Global Sales Director, Morningstar. Based in Morningstar’s London office on City Road, Hilary is responsible for driving the company’s sales of its international (ex US) products and solutions for financial institutions and independent financial advisers. Hilary is particularly involved in assisting Morningstar’s institutional clients. Before joining Morningstar, Hilary worked at financial information provider Interactive Data, where she held a number of roles including general management and sales leadership for the real time, pricing and reference data business, as well leadership of the managed and desktop solutions sales teams across the EMEA.

Jennifer Nayar: Head of Global Market Data, NYSE Technologies. Jennifer Nayar joined NYSE Euronext as Senior Vice President - Global Head of Market Data Products in December 2009. In this role, Ms. Nayar is responsible for short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support global market data business goals. She manages a global team of Product Managers and Analysts who are responsible for delivering world class market data products and solutions for both real time data feeds and historical data products. Ms. Nayar is also responsible for policies, licensing, compliance and pricing related to global data product redistribution. Prior to her appointment to NYSE Euronext, Ms. Nayar was Senior Vice President at NYFIX where she was responsible for product management for Millennium ATS. Ms. Nayar was Director of Product Management for Omgeo from 2005 to 2007 and Product Manager at Thomson ESG following an acquisition from the London Stock Exchange from 1987 to 1996. Originally from England, Jennifer now lives in New York.

Although now based in London, Marion is executive sponsor for Bangalore and other large operational centres across Europe and Asia. Nancy Gardner is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of the Markets division of Thomson Reuters. She leads a global team that provides legal and regulatory services to Thomson Reuters financial and media businesses worldwide. Before Thomson Corporation’s acquisition of Reuters in April 2008, Ms. Gardner served as Reuters Global Head of Compliance and General Counsel for the Americas, and held a number of management positions in Reuters Americas legal department. Prior to joining Reuters, Ms. Gardner worked for the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Ms. Gardner established Reuters first women’s affinity group in 2005 and co-founded the Thomson Reuters women’s network on completion of the merger. She currently heads the Executive Committee’s subcommittee on diversity. In 2009 Ms. Gardner was selected by the United Way’s Women United in Philanthropy’s a Woman of Excellence and Achievement Honoree, and in 2010 she was recognized as a women leader by the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders. MsGardner is a frequent speaker at external conferences on women, the law and diversity.
Ms. Gardner is on the Boards of Directors of InMotion, a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to low-income women who suffer from abuse and domestic violence; Junior Achievement of New York, a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy; and the Organization for International Investment, a trade association that represents the interests of the US businesses of non-US companies. Ms. Gardner received a B.A. magna cum laude from Duke University and a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.

Friedman’s responsibilities include identifying and developing strategic opportunities for NASDAQ OMX and overseeing its Global Data Products business unit. In her role as head of Global Data Products, Friedman is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all market data disseminated to the public, as well as creating new data products to serve the industry’s information needs.
