Panel Discussion: Financial Reform Bill: Friend or Foe?
The Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Bill has now been passed by Congress and signed into law by the President. This session will provide insight on the details and consequences of this landmark legislation on financial data, examining new requirements placed on FISD member firms in areas like data retention, reporting and the impact on credit ratings data. We’ll also discuss the status and implications of the Office of Financial Research and what benefits it might provide.
