SIIA Member Recruitment Toolkit
Helping SIIA recruit new members can be as simple as copying, pasting and sending a customizable email invitation to a membership prospect! All contributions to the recruitment effort are welcome, and for any action you take, big or small, SIIA staff are ready and available to support you in introducing companies to SIIA.
Help us help you invite a prospect to consider membership, by telling us who you're reaching out to, how the conversation about membership is going, and what we can do to help. Share a new prospect or send us an update through our Member Recruitment Contact Log, and use the following resources to make referring a prospect quick and easy:
STEP 1: Make sure your prospect isn't already an SIIA member.
List of Current SIIA Education Division Members: To make sure your prospect isn't a current SIIA member, or to show-off the impressive list of companies who've already made the investment in their company's future by joining SIIA, click here.
STEP 2: Introduce your prospect to SIIA.
Why Join SIIA?: This brochure is an excellent conversation-starter to help your prospect make the connection between their future success and SIIA membership. Click here to download and share this concise yet compelling overview of the value proposition of membership, including testimonials and ten pointed and powerful reasons why other companies have chosen to join SIIA.
Invitation to a Members-Only Event: Give them a taste of what they're missing! Customize this email message to invite a prospective member to an upcoming SIIA Education Division member breakfast, educator feedback focus group or webcast of your choice. As an SIIA member, you may bring your membership prospect to any one of the members-only events listed here. Simply let us know who you're inviting so we have an accurate head count and can approve access.
STEP 3: Seal the deal!
Invitation to Meet with SIIA Staff: Invite the prospect to talk with staff for more in-depth information about member benefits, dues, and anything else they might want to know.
