This session looks at exchanges from the perspective of financial market analysts. The panel will elicit critical commentary on key exchanges and trading venues with an emphasis on recently announced mergers. The analysts will provide insight on the synergies that would make these combinations more effective and efficient. We will examine the challenges faced by exchanges from upstart electronic trading venues and look for insight on which trading venues possess the greatest potential for success in the future.
