    2013 Marketing Industry Report

    The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) launched "The Software Division Marketing Industry Report" survey in Q4, 2012. The survey results indicate that companies continue to increase their use of social media with 98% of respondents stating they are using social media marketing, up from 89% in 2011.
