Expert's Guide to the Postsecondary Market
Like its companion, The Experts' Guide to the K-12 School Market, this publication is a collection of articles from industry experts. Articles providing a general overview of issues in the Higher Education market are followed by chapters on Business Strategies, Product Development, Marketing and Sales Strategies. The Guide also includes valuable reference lists for Associations & Conferences and Acronyms.

SIIA Primer on K-20 Education Interoperability Standards
This Primer provides software developers and education leaders with a framework for understanding technology interoperability and related standards that facilitate the exchange of information between educational systems and support the integration of content, data, and components from different technology applications.
SIIA Guide to the E-Rate
The Guide, in partnership with Funds For Learning, provides background information on E-rate rules and eligible services opportunities for software publishers, and an analysis of the current E-rate market and how the E-rate affects school technology purchases. Software and technology companies will gain a deeper insight into how the E-rate program works and how to implement strategies to help schools and libraries best leverage the program. Using E-rate funds, libraries and public and private schools receive a 20-90 percent discount for telecommunications services, Internet access, and internal connections. $59 billion in E-rate funding was requested between 1998 and 2010.

Conducting and Reporting Product Evaluation Research
These guidelines and considerations for ed tech publishers and developers, updated for 2011, provide a standard of best practices for conducting and reporting evaluation studies of education technologies in order to enhance their quality and credibility and their utility to education decision makers.
