The Digital Content & Media Summit, co-produced by the Software & Information industry (SIIA) and Carolyn Morgan, will be held September 23-25, 2013 in London. Host Sponsorship Package Details

The Host Sponsorship is our premiere sponsorship package, offering organizations the highest level of visibility throughout the conference. We consider Host Sponsors partners in putting the conference together and the visibility and recognition you receive as a Host Sponsor reflects this.

A Host Sponsorship is limited to three organizations; each receives category exclusivity at this level. In addition, Host Sponsors may choose between two different options:

Sponsorship Option 1: Sponsorship investment of £3,500 ($5,355) for SIIA members or £5,250 for non-SIIA members AND you agree to engage in a robust marketing campaign to prospective attendees.
(This option is for qualified organizations only who can, in fact, support ongoing market outreach in a meaningful way.)
Sponsorship Option 2: Sponsorship investment of £7,000 ($10,710) for SIIA members or £10,500 $16,065) for non-SIIA members.

Your corporate profile will be listed on the Sponsor page of the event website.
Speaking Visibility:
Options include: Introduce a keynote or panel, host a breakout session (topic needs to be approved) that is educational in nature, offer 1-1 advice sessions for delegates, host a round table discussion.
Editorial Visibility:
Series of featured articles on website and email, plus option for white paper downloads.
Exhibit Stand:
Booth or Display in the conference networking area
Conference Passes:
Five passes for staff or clients who you would like to attend the conference.

Gold Sponsorship Package Details

The Gold Sponsorship offers organizations the significant visibility throughout the conference and is limited to four organizations; each receives category exclusivity at this level. Sponsorship investment is £2,500 ($3,825) for SIIA members or £3,750 ($5,737.50) for non-SIIA members.

You will be listed as Gold Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials.
You will have the choice of “owning” Dinner, Cocktail Reception, Networking Break or Lunch/Breakfast where you will be listed as the sponsor of that sub-event.

The Silver Sponsorship offers organizations brand visibility throughout the conference. Sponsorship investment is £1,500 ($2,295) for SIIA members or £2,250 ($3,442.50) for non-SIIA members.

You will be listed as Silver Sponsor in all online and offline marketing/PR promotions, website and press releases and other conference materials.
You will have the choice of “owning” an event element – to be mutually agreed on between your organization and the SIIA. Ideas include a Power Station for mobile phones, research, etc …. Your logo will be displayed and you will be recognized at the event as sponsoring this element.

The Bronze Sponsorship offers organizations brand visibility throughout the conference. Sponsorship investment is £750 ($1,147.50) for SIIA members or £1,500 ($1,721.25) for non-SIIA members.

If your organization is interested in sponsoring any of these events, we will provide a discount in sponsorship fees across all events you sponsor when committing to more than one event. If you sponsor:

2 events, you will receive a 5% discount on both sponsorship packages
3 events, you will receive a 10% discount on all three sponsorship packages
4 events, you will receive a 15% discount on all three sponsorship packages
