With over 25 years of experience working with business and government clients from around the world, Mr. Rhoda currently leads IBM's global Innovation that Matters and On Demand Business initiative for its field sales teams. Most recently, Jeff was Director, Global e-government responsible for IBM's e-government strategy, strategic alliances, and IBM's wide breadth of e-government solutions. Prior to leading the e-government initiative, Jeff was a member of the original executive team leading IBM's own transformation and played a key role in the development and implementation of ibm.com, IBM's direct channel combining the company's Web and Call Center capabilities. Jeff has met with hundreds of business and government leaders from around the world to discuss the opportunities presented by on demand business. Cliff ReevesCliff Reeves

Cliff Reeves is general manager of Microsoft's .NET Platform Strategy. Reeves has 30 years of experience in the software industry. He started with IBM Corp. as a programmer in England in 1971, and has held a wide range of software product development roles in the areas of database, application development, communication and messaging systems. He was an influential figure in the industry adoption of object technology and was most recently the senior vice president of Knowledge Management at Lotus Development Corp. in Cambridge, Mass. Reeves was closely involved with IBMs acquisition of Lotus Development in 1995, and he was responsible for rationalizing the Lotus-IBM product line after the acquisition. From 1996 through 1999, Reeves was vice president of Product Management for Lotus Communications Products, which include Notes and Domino. Reeves is married and has two daughters. He holds a masters degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.

Chris Hoffmann joined TripleTree in August 2005. Chris has over 18 years of experience as an operating executive, consultant and analyst in the technology industry. Chris joins the firm from Tier1 Research, where he was president and lead analyst for the enterprise software sector. Dave Lipscomb is charged with driving the overall strategy of engineering and IT operations for NetSuite. He has been with NetSuite since its inception in 1998. As a high tech engineering veteran, Mr. Lipscomb leads a team of 85 engineers. Under his leadership, NetSuite provides unbreakable and reliable back-end support for thousands of NetSuite customers worldwide to do business in real-time; and NetSuite has achieved unprecedented uptime in the on-demand industry. Michael Mankowski covers the application software market for Tier 1 Research with a focus on the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS). Chris also architected Fortiva's grid-storage and distributed search architecture that ensures real-time search and retrieval, regardless of the size of the archive. Prior to co-founding Fortiva, Chris was the lead architect at FloNetwork, a leading email marketing service provider whose technology formed the basis of DoubleClick's Dartmail platform after its acquisition in 2001. During this time, Chris developed the email marketing ASP infrastructure that serviced over 300 clients and achieved production volumes of 1 billion emails sent per month and daily user transactions of 5 million per day.
