Michael Lock

Michael Lock is a 20 year veteran of the Enterprise Information Technology industry. Michael spent the formative part of his career in the 1980s with IBM. In the 1990s Michael was a sales and marketing executive at Oracle Corporation and then spent the early 2000's with several Silicon Valley startups including video search pioneer Virage. Michael joined Google in 2005 and currently runs the Americas Sales and Operations for Google Enterprise, a rapidly growing business unit focused on bringing Google technologies to corporations, governments and educational institutions.
Michael hold a Bachelors of Business Administration form Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. He has born in raised just outside Toronto and has spent the last 12 years living and working in Silicon Valley. Michael has been married for 15 years to his wife Beverly and has 3 children Jason 12, Rachel 9, Steven 3. Michael is active in Youth sports and can be rightfully characterized as a "baseball nut". He coaches Little League and youth softball.
Zach Nelson
President and CEO, NetSuite, Inc.
Zach Nelson is an accomplished software industry executive and visionary with more than 20 years of leadership experience. His career began with executive positions in marketing, sales, product development and business strategy at some of the most influential and innovative technology companies, including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. CEO of NetSuite since 2002, Nelson led the company's successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from startup to a slate of over 6,600 active customers. Under Nelson's leadership, NetSuite has grown substantially year-over-year to become one of the industry's leading cloud computing companies. He was named one of the 10 Visionary CEOs of 2008 by InternetNews.com. Nelson holds a patent in the field of application integration, and has several others pending approval. John Barber

John Barber is the international tax partner for Grant Thornton’s Greater Bay Area practice. Having practiced in the United States and abroad, he has over 24 years of experience advising clients on cross border tax matters. John serves both publicly traded and privately held clients in a variety of industries including electronics, software, pharmaceuticals, financial services and wholesale/distribution.
Before joining Grant Thornton, John was the founding shareholder of Barber & Associates, Inc., a professional tax services firm located in San Francisco. Prior to founding Barber & Associates, John spent 18 years with a Big Four professional services firm where he was an international tax partner. For the period 1992 through 1994, he worked in Tokyo, Japan where he led their U.S. and international tax practice in Japan. John is also a frequent speaker on international tax topics at international tax conferences. John holds a Masters in Accounting, Taxation from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
Graham Barnes

Graham Barnes has been the CEO of Concerro since Sept 2007. Prior to Concerro, Barnes was the CEO and founder of NextWeb, Inc., California and Nevada's largest fixed-wireless (WiMAX) provider for business, delivering broadband Internet and VOIP services. NextWeb was named to the Inc. 500 (#8 company in telecommunications in 2005). In 2006, NextWeb was acquired by nationwide DSL provider Covad Communications. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service with Western Multiplex Corporation (subsequently Proxim) which was acquired by Glenayre Technologies, sold to Ripplewood Holdings and achieved a successful IPO in 2000. In 2005, Barnes was named finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Ernst & Young's San Jose office. He has a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, and an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Santa Clara University. Barnes is also a founding member of the Board of Advisors of the Santa Clara University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In November 2006, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Sunol Glen School District.

Michael A. Braun
Chief Executive Officer, Intacct
Mike joined Intacct as CEO in 2007. He has over 37 years experience in the information technology industry and has been CEO of three Silicon Valley companies and General Manager of four major businesses at IBM.
Most of his experience has been working in businesses based on advanced technology in the early stage of market adoption or helping businesses grow around a new vision. As CEO of Neuron Data, he transformed it into Blaze Software which went public in 2000 and is now part of Fair Isaac Corporation. In the mid 1990's, he led Kaleida Labs, the pioneering multimedia joint venture of Apple and IBM, and most recently co-founded The Interim CEO Network, Silicon Valley's #1 source for interim leadership. His IBM career spanned 23 years, customers of all sizes, and products as diverse as software, servers of all sizes, PC's and even typewriters.
Habitually "on the edge" of new trends like on-demand application solutions, Mike also was a founder and VP of IBM's Multimedia Division in 1990 and started its Fireworks Partners venture fund in 1992. He formed the Interactive Multimedia Association in 1991 and served as its chairman until merging with the Software Publishers Association in 1996. He helped launch SNA in 1977 and the original IBM PC in 1981. He has also been a guest lecturer in the entrepreneurship programs at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and Santa Clara University.
Mike has a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester and also an MBA from its Simon School.
Rob Calloway

Rob Calloway is a Partner in Accenture’s Global Technology Architecture Organization and leads Accenture’s global SOA practice of more than 3,000 deeply skilled architects. Mr. Calloway has responsibility for the development of Accenture’s SOA capabilities, delivery assets and service offerings. He has worked in multiple industries and technologies delivering large process integrated solutions including custom, legacy and ERP. He specializes in SOA strategy, planning, governance, integration and process architecture, business process management, and full life cycle delivery. He has served as a subject matter expert and SOA strategist for Fortune 500 companies and brings expertise to assist clients in developing a roadmap for achieving value from investments in SOA. John Carini

Mr. Carini has more than 12 years of experience in innovating CRM applications, with the last four years dedicated to wireless CRM. Timothy C.K. Chou
Lecturer, Stanford University
Nearly ten years ago Timothy Chou became the President of Oracle On Demand. As one of the early pioneers in enterprise applications delivered on demand he drove the fastest growing business at Oracle. Based on his experiences he published a landmark book, “The End of Software”, which five years ago foretold much of the recent excitement in SaaS. More recently he has returned to Stanford University to teach the world’s first class on software powered businesses. He also joined the Board of Directors of Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB) and earlier this year published a new book on cloud computing. Based on a series of lectures at Stanford University “Cloud: Seven Clear Business Models” discusses cloud computing from a business perspective. It serves as an easy-to-read, introduction to cloud computing for anyone who builds, sells or purchases applications or infrastructure delivered as a cloud service. The book is full of examples and stories from many of the leaders in the field. You'll be amused to even find a story about Brad and Angelina. Timothy has also co-founded three new businesses and continues to provide counsel to traditional software companies moving to delivering their software as a service.

Elliot Curtis

Elliot Curtis serves as Director of the North America Hosting Partner Channel in the Communications Sector at Microsoft. Chuck Dietrich

Chuck Dietrich is the CEO of SlideRocket. SlideRocket has reinvented presentations allowing users to create living presentations that are engaging, measurable, and easily managed and distributed. Prior to joining SlideRocket, Chuck had a 9 year tenure at Salesforce.com and was most recently the General Manager & Vice President, Salesforce Mobile, which mobilizes Salesforce CRM, custom, and Force.com applications. Dietrich also had responsibility for the company's strategic alliances with carriers and mobile device providers, including Apple, Motorola, Nokia, RIM, AT&T and others. Prior, Dietrich held a variety of leadership roles including building salesforce.com's consulting, marketing and product alliances programs and building out foreign distribution. Scott Donahue
Principal, TripleTree, LLC
For the past 15 years, Scott has delivered a wide variety of strategic analysis and business development expertise to top technology firms. Having served both in operational, investment, and advisory roles during his career, Scott has built deep knowledge in IT operations and services delivery approaches including: utility computing; heterogeneous data center operations; storage infrastructures; telecommunications and wireless operations management/OSS; and service-oriented architectures.
Most recently, Scott was vice president and lead analyst at Tier1 Research, a Wall Street independent research provider focusing on IT infrastructure where he demonstrated thought leadership and provided technical and financial analysis on a wide range of companies including buy/sell recommendations on over 25 top public software firms. Prior experience includes both work in venture capital focused on driving investments in technology and telecommunications services and in operational and management roles at start-up and leading technology firms including a subsidiary of ADC Telecommunications.
Scott earned his B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and his M.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
John Engates

John Engates is Chief Technology Officer at Rackspace Hosting. His role at Rackspace is to drive the innovation and development of services and technologies that will benefit Rackspace's hosting customers around the globe. Currently, Engates is focused on Rackspace's efforts to bring a full suite of cloud hosting services to market to complement their managed hosting and software-as-a-service offerings.
Engates has been at Rackspace since August of 2000. Prior to joining Rackspace, Engates was one of the founders of Internet Direct, one of the first Internet service providers in Texas.
Engates is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting.
Jeff Erramouspe

Jeff Erramouspe has over 20 years of management experience in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 technology companies. Jeff joined Manticore Technology from Digby, where he was VP of Market Development, and was the co-founder and CEO of Deepfile Corporation (now called StoredIQ), a leading provider of file management solutions for e-discovery and corporate compliance. Prior to founding Deepfile, he was a venture fellow at AV Labs, the seed-stage fund associated with Austin Ventures, where he provided executive leadership to several portfolio companies. During this period, Jeff was recruited by the Foundation for Entrepreneurial Excellence to be an adjunct professor for entrepreneurship at the University of Texas Graduate School of Business.
Basil Fedynyshyn

Basil Fedynyshyn is Vice President Platform Management for the Home Equity Group of Wells Fargo. He is responsible for defining strategies, preparing platform roadmaps and leading delivery of technology capabilities. Over the past 4 years, Basil has defined and directed the deployment of Salesforce.com across multiple business units, creating a best practices center of excellence to facilitate a scalable, integrated environment to meet the complex needs of both Business and IT.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Basil held senior IT management roles with Providian Financial and NextCard. He also has led technology management consulting practices for Price Waterhouse and MCI as while as a product manager role with Walker Interactive. Basil has significant experience planning for and delivering emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
Malcolm Friedberg

Malcolm Friedberg is a co-founder and Principal with Left Brain Marketing, a vendor-agnostic marketing automation consulting firm. He first became involved in marketing automation in 2004 when he was running marketing for a leading financial services company and brought in Eloqua. Since that time, he’s consulted for numerous companies, including Apple, InsideView, LogiXML, and TELUS. He is a former CMO with 20 years of marketing experience. He’s built marketing departments from the ground up, managed large teams and budgets, and developed programs for a wide variety of media. Malcolm is a California-licensed attorney, published author (Why We’ll Win) and has been nominated for an Emmy Award.
Ismael Chang Ghalimi

Ismael Chang Ghalimi is a passionate entrepreneur and fervent industry observer, founder and CEO of Intalio and producer of the Office 2.0 Conference. Ismael serves as an advisor or board member for several high-tech companies, including 3TERA, Buzzgain, EchoSign, Egnyte, EveryTrail, Intellimaker, Move & Play, Muchobene, and Presdo. Ismael holds an Engineering Degree from Ecole des Mines de Nancy, and actually spent six weeks as a coal miner in Europe's deepest mine. Christopher Keene

Christopher Keene (www.keeneview.com) is the CEO of WaveMaker Software. WaveMaker is the first Open-source Platform as a Service (OPaaS) for developing cloud-ready applications. WaveMaker is backed by a 10,000-strong open source developer community and has been selected by IBM as part of IBM's Cloud Quickstart Program.
Chris sits on the boards of Kapow and Reportive. In 2006, he was a professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD in Paris. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of NASDAQ-listed Persistence Software, and has worked at McKinsey & Company, Hewlett Packard and Ashton Tate. Chris is an avid open water swimmer, extreme skier and middling steel string guitar player.
Dr. M.A. Ketabchi
President, CEO and Founder, Savvion
Dr. Ketabchi is well known for his pioneering research in business process management technologies and methods, process centric domain-oriented business solutions, object-oriented database management systems and application development technologies. Over the last 20 years he has published and presented extensively in these areas and has made significant contributions to advancing the state of the art and technologies in BPM and process centric domain-oriented business solutions.
Dr. Ketabchi was a Full Professor at Santa Clara University and the director of the Object and Multimedia Technologies Research Laboratory when he founded Savvion in 1994. Under his leadership Savvion launched the first BPM product in the market in 1999, has built a strong customer base consisting of leading enterprises around the World, and has reached profitability and growth.
Kim Patrick Kobza
President & CEO, Neighborhood America
Kim Patrick Kobza is a co-founder of Neighborhood America and has led the company through its growth and development since 1999. Mr. Kobza developed many of the original concepts on which the company is founded, helps drive its ongoing vision, and is responsible for revenue growth.
Mr. Kobza has had a diverse career characterized by involvement in leadership practices and community building. His background includes education and practice in economics, business, and law. Through this knowledge and experience, he has also authored extensively to promote ‘know-how’ for community leadership.
He frequently speaks on the importance of leadership and community building and participates in ongoing education and leadership opportunities with many national leadership organizations, including the Harvard Executive Leadership series on Cross Boundary Collaboration. Bob La Loggia

Bob’s career in technology spans over 20 years. Bob began his career with Accenture, specializing in systems development for government applications. After working with Accenture for 5 years, he left to start his first venture, a fitness tracking system call the Pocket Personal Trainer.
He later served as CTO for an e-commerce pharmaceutical distribution company in which he led in the development of a large-scale e-commerce and brick-and-mortar implementation.
Bob also co-founded an online education firm, heading up the development of an online course registration, information sharing, and student information tracking system.
In 2001, Bob co-founded StormSource Software, a SaaS provider. Since its inception, Bob has built its online appointment scheduling application, Appointment-Plus, into the industry leader, with over a million appointments being scheduled through the system every month. With clients ranging from very large corporations including Pepsi, Nissan, Dow, Georgia-Pacific, Nike and others, to sole proprietorships, Bob has gained considerable knowledge in on-demand pricing strategies.
Erik Larson
Senior Director, Marketing & Product Management, Business Productivity Business Unit, Adobe Systems, Inc.
As Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management for Adobe's Business Productivity Business Unit, Erik Larson is responsible for building, accelerating, and operating many of Adobe's new and existing Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. This includes Acrobat.com, Adobe's set of online services that is targeted at the document collaboration needs for small and medium enterprises. Previously, Erik was Director of Product Management for Breeze and the Flash Media Server at Macromedia (acquired by Adobe in December 2005) where he grew both product lines from new businesses to industry leadership in the conferencing/training and video streaming markets. He has written and presented research on information management, data administration, applications development, application integration, object technology, client/server architectures, graphical user interface and usability strategies, web site development and Internet applications, network computing, electronic commerce, portals, hubs and communities.
Jennifer Zeszut
Founder & CEO, Scout Labs
Jennifer Zeszut is the founder and CEO of Scout Labs, a leading SAAS platform delivering social media visibility and real-time customer analytics for companies of all sizes. Zeszut is a 15-year marketing veteran, having worked in both software and consulting. Most recently, Zeszut was the Vice President of Marketing at Leverage Software, an on-demand community and social networking software company. At Avenue A / Razorfish for 7 years, she held the position of Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics for the west coast. In that role she and her team gleaned customer insights for the world’s top brands and advised senior executives on strategies for effective marketing and relationship building. She has also served as acting Director of Marketing at eBay, focused on product strategy and customer acquisition for the eBay Stores business. Her early career was spent learning the fundamentals of brand management, marketing and merchandising at Procter & Gamble and Cost Plus World Market. Ms. Zeszut holds a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
