Product Description:
Integrated Auditor™ is a hosted web-based solution that allows end-users to point their browser to a corporate intranet site and perform a PC scan for 40 hardware items including CPU type + speed, RAM type + size, disk size + space + type, network shares, local and remote printers, USB devices, TCP/IP and browser proxy settings, as well as all installed software within a minute. Optionally Integrated Auditor™ can scan local hard drives for MP3 to identify artist, song title and OCX, EXE, DLL to identify publisher, version information. Administrators can view audit results instantly from anywhere on the network using a web browser. Administrator can also schedule a silent, background audit via login script (both Netware® and Microsoft® networks are supported) Integrated Auditor™ works with any ODBC database and comes bundled with 8 canned reports. Administrators can run a report by applications, by machines, report on systems that meet certain minimum requirements for OS or software upgrade, report on systems that lack certain software such as anti-virus or security patch. Report outputs can also be saved in CSV (comma separated value file) format for import in to EXCEL for further analysis.

Product Description:
License Broker™ is an application monitoring tool that both detects application use and enforces license policies in real-time. License Broker™ is a client-server tool with server running behind corporate intranet web server and client software running on each desktop (in case of thin-client environment, the client software runs on Terminal Server. After this initial deployment period, administrators run a Software Discovery Report from anywhere on the network using a web browser. This report shows all applications run by end-users including vendor and version information. From this initial software discovery report, they can point and click on any application to define a license policy for real-time enforcement. License Broker™ allows 4 policies: (i) seat, (ii) named user, (iii) concurrent, and (iv) group - both NT Domain and 2000/2003 Active Directory groups can be selected. All values are auto-populated when information is available. Administrators can combine policies to, for example, reserve a license to key personnel and float the remainder of licenses among other users in case of a concurrent policy. Additionally E-mail alerts can be set up to notify administrators to license-low condition or to alert on potential end-user productivity loss. Administrators can also configure end-user notification message on license denials. License Broker™ works with any ODBC database and comes bundled with 18 canned reports including a Buy/Upgrade Recommendation report that accurately projects future license upgrade requirements based on actual past usage. License Broker™ includes Integrated Auditor™.
