Do you remember "Don't Copy that Floppy"? Do you even remember what a "floppy" is?
SIIA's Anti-Piracy department needs a new slogan and we need your help to find one. Submit your ideas for an updated slogan and WIN $1,000 if your entry is selected!
The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) is sponsoring a contest to develop a new software anti-piracy slogan to be used on promotional and educational materials. For years, SIIA has used the "Don't Copy That Floppy" slogan in its advertisements and educational materials to promote software compliance and deter piracy. Because the nature of software -- and the software industry -- has changed so much in the past few years, SIIA wants to develop a new slogan that better reflects the realities of software in the 21st century. We will announce the winner of the contest and will begin using the new slogan in January 2005. The contest rules are easy and everyone is encouraged to participate.
