Russ Daniels is vice president and chief technology officer of the Strategy and Technology Office for Software at HP. Previously, Daniels was general manager of HP's application development organization and research and development manager of the software and systems development lab. Terry Garnett has been on the operating side of companies for about 15 years. From 1990 to 1994, he worked with Oracle Corporation where he reported to Larry Ellison. Chris Hoffmann joined TripleTree in August 2005. Chris has over 18 years of experience as an operating executive, consultant and analyst in the technology industry. Mr. Blozan has over 20 years of experience in IT, including roles in marketing, product management, sales, and engineering. He previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Allocity, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and product management and helped to lead the company through its acquisition by EMC in 2004. Mr. Blozan also spent eight years with VERITAS in various capacities. He was most recently responsible for developing and driving the company's Windows strategy. Prior to this role, Mr. Blozan ran all channel and OEM sales, as well as strategic alliances, for VERITAS in Australia and New Zealand, including developing the channel strategy, selecting appropriate partners, creating the business and marketing plans to drive sales through the channel, and managing strategic alliances with significant partners such as Microsoft, Oracle, Brocade, and Cisco. Before joining VERITAS, Mr. Blozan was a Director of Product Management and Business Unit Director for Seagate Software. He holds a B.S. from San Diego State University.

David brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, the last seven of which he spent helping companies leverage global delivery capabilities and offshore best practices. He has a strong history of exceeding revenue and profit objectives, closing multimillion dollar contracts, setting innovative sales strategies and turning around under-performing business units. For several leading companies David successfully led sales and delivery operations for business units ranging from $20M to $100M of revenue. Before joining Symphony Services, David was Vice President of Sales for Covansys, a global consulting and technology services company, where he managed the Commercial Business Development and Sales team for Covansys’ East Region. He joined Covansys from ITWorx, Egypt’s largest software development company. As Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, David was hired by the CEO to establish the company’s North American sales office. He has also held sales, marketing and engineering roles at Scient and French Fragrances International, and he spent 17 years with IBM Corporation. Steve Langerock, Chief Executive Officer of Aladdin's USA operations, has been with Aladdin since its acquisition of Chicago's Glenco Engineering in 1996. Steve is the former Chief Financial Officer of the USA division, as well as former president of its Software Security Unit. For nearly two decades, Steve has worked in sales and plant and financial management for major corporations producing technical products. Before Glenco, where he served as CFO and general manager, he was with Fujitsu Engineering, ADVANTEST AMERICA, and Fansteel. Steve's present position as CEO in the USA makes him responsible for all facets of the Aladdin operations in North America. He recently completed The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School.

Prior to founding Black Duck, Doug served as the CEO of MessageMachines and X-Collaboration Software Corporation, two VC-backed companies based in Boston. From 1995 to 1999, he worked as an interim executive or consultant to CMGI Direct, IBM/Lotus Development Corporation, Oracle Software Corporation, Solbright Software, Mosaic Telecommunications, Bright Tiger Technologies, Best!Software and several other software companies. From 1987 to 1995, Doug held various senior management positions with Microsoft Corporation including heading up worldwide licensing for corporate purchases of non-OEM Microsoft software products. Previously, he held senior management positions with two startups in California and served as an IT and financial consultant to an overseas development company. Doug is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at his alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining eBay in March 2002, Alok architected and built high volume transaction processing systems at Visa, eToys and Gradience, a Reuters startup. Alok received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, and worked on graphics, modeling and data management applications at Telco, Pune and Ford, Detroit for a couple of years before moving to the bay area to work at Visa. Prashanth, or "PV", brings over 16 years of management experience to the job of CEO at Approva. Before founding Approva, PV was co-founder and president of Entevo, Corp., which was sold to a NASDAQ-listed company for $125 million in January 2000. Following the acquisition, he defined the overall strategic direction of the company's product portfolio. Brett CaineBrett Caine

As group vice president and general manager of Citrix Systems' Online Group, Caine is responsible for overall revenue and shaping worldwide market strategy for Citrix's market-leading real-time access and collaboration services, including Citrix® GoToMyPC®, Citrix® GoToAssist™ and Citrix® GoToMeeting™. Through his leadership, Citrix Online Group grew revenues to approximately $99, million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. Prior to joining Citrix Online, Caine was vice president of worldwide territory sales and vice president of worldwide indirect sales at Openwave Systems, where he led a global team of sales professionals selling to the Communications Service Provider market. Caine also held sales director positions at Clarify Inc., including director of worldwide channels. During his tenure, he was credited with starting Clarify's channel business and building it to a $30MM run rate business.



Tim ChouDr. Timothy C.K. Chou
Author, The End of Software
Timothy Chou is the author of the book The End of Software and was most recently the President of Oracle On Demand. Under his leadership Oracle On Demand became the fastest growing business inside of Oracle. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Embarcadero Technologies, Member of the Advisory Board of Webex Corporation and Emergence Capital. Dr. Chou earned Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition to his career in the high tech industry he has been a lecturer at Stanford University for over 15 years. Andrew ClarkAndrew Clark

Gregg Gronowski

During his 10 years at St. Paul, Brian helped to grow the firm to one of the 15 largest venture investors in the country and led the Silicon Valley investing activities. He has prior venture capital experience with Security Pacific Venture Capital. Brian also worked for Raychem Corporation, where he developed and marketed advanced software and electronic components. He also has engineering and new product experience with RCA, Westinghouse, and Polaroid, and he holds several patents.

His background also includes executive management positions at Aztec Technology Partners, Discreet Logic and Fusion Systems Corporation. Russell JonesRussell Jones

Russell specializes in integrating third-party security products with complex e-business and ERP applications and related infrastructures. With more than 13 years of experience, he has a strong focus on the design, architecture, implementation and deployment of Identity Management solutions (i.e. Web Access Management, User Provisioning), encryption solutions, and distributed architecture application solutions. Russell also has significant experience with the development of security architectures, network security analysis and design, and role-based access control (RBAC) design and deployment. Russell has practical experience applying security frameworks such as ISO17799 and ISO15408 against real world environments. Russell is a key member of Deloitte's Identity Management Council. Robert Jurkowski joins Intacct as chief executive officer with more than 20 years of experience in global operations, sales and business strategy from leading software and business solution providers. Mr. Jurkowski most recently served as chief operating officer at Apriso, where he increased year-over-year revenue by 20 percent and doubled software sales. Prior, Mr. Jurkowski was COO of Silicon Energy, where he helped transform the company into a horizontal leader in enterprise energy management solutions for Global 2000 and large utilities. As vice president of worldwide field operations at RightWorks, he grew sales from zero to $100 million in two years. Mr. Jurkowski has also held executive roles at Aurum Software, a division of the Baan Company; Dun & Bradstreet Software; Oracle Corp; Automatic Data Processing; and Caterpillar. Mr. Jurkowski holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Chicago.

Michael Olson is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years experience in engineering, marketing, sales and business management. He joined Oracle Corporation in 2006 when Oracle purchased his company, Sleepycat Software, maker of the popular embedded database engine Berkeley DB. Olson was named president and CEO of Sleepycat in 2001 after serving as vice president of sales and marketing. Morris PannerMorris Panner
CEO, OpenAir, Inc.
Since 2001, Morris Panner has been CEO of OpenAir, an on-demand professional services automation application for consulting and services companies. OpenAir was named a Deloitte & Touche Fast 500 company and a Top 25 Global Service Provider by ASP News. Panner was previously an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and spent a year fighting narco-terrorism at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Columbia. T. M. Ravi has had a long career with broad experience in enterprise management and storage. He is co-founder and chief executive officer of Mimosa Systems, Inc., a provider of e-mail data management solutions. Previously, Ravi was founder and chief executive officer of Peakstone Corporation, a venture financed startup and source of performance management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. In the past, Ravi was vice president of marketing at Computer Associates (CA). Loren Russon

Loren is responsible for the strategic direction of all Novell Identity Management solutions, making sure they meet customers' needs now and in the future. Applying his expertise to real-world issues, Loren has also worked with some of the largest commercial and government organizations on their identity management projects. Treb RyanTreb Ryan

Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). Under his leadership, MFN customers included BP Amoco, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz. Prior to co-founding SiteSmith, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Professional Services for GlobalCenter, a pioneer in the hosting and Internet services marketplace.



Axel SchultzeAxel Schultze
CEO, Tanooma Corporation
Axel Schultze is a serial entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Tanooma Corporation. In 1983 he founded Computer 2000 which became the largest European computer distributor, the third largest in the world. In 1996 he founded Infinigate which became one of the largest Internet Solutions providers in Europe. With his experience in indirect sales channels he moved to Silicon Valley and founded BlueRoads Corp. in 2001. Despite the .com crisis he successfully raised 3 rounds of funding and created the most successful Software as a Service based Channel CRM Company. He invented a new method of lead distribution and was granted a patent in 2006. After 5 years experience with Software as a Service he founded Tanooma in 2006 together with his partner Dr. Timothy Chou (former president Oracle on Demand). Roger SipplRoger Sippl
Chairman, Above All Software
Roger Sippl is a true Silicon Valley icon and pioneer of innovation. His 25 years of contributions have helped shape the technology landscape of today. In 1980 he founded Informix Software. Under his leadership, Informix pioneered SQL relational databases, 4GL application development tools, and OLTP database technology and is now a part of IBM. Sippl was co-founder and Chairman of The Vantive Corporation. Vantive became a leader in CRM, successfully became a public company, and is now a part of PeopleSoft/Oracle.
