Molly Lindblom

Molly Lindblom

Principal, Business Transformations

Molly Lindblom enjoys the thrill of discovery in everything she does. That includes commuting to work on her bicycle and finding quicker paths, discovering a new wine from Greece or Chile, and learning about customer insight after speaking with your customers.
She measures her own life with a happiness scale oriented to the joys of discovery. A product of a military family, Molly considers herself one of the lucky ones to have lived in 24 cities, 3 countries and, oddly enough, one U.S territory… Go Guam! She has never lost that yearning for what’s new and undiscovered. This goes the same for how she serves her clients – with a question mark guiding her diligence and research.
Molly’s professional expertise in product management and brand marketing was earned in the halls of Kraft Foods, LexisNexis and leading a software and publishing business unit for the American Institute of Architects. Upon graduating with an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona, she worked in consumer products at Kraft and turned around a failing category by speaking with mom’s across the country. At LexisNexis, she supported the globalization initiative and developed new categories to expand the company into the rapidly growing data arena. Molly also transformed a traditional software and publishing business into an online (SaaS) model to meet the needs of architects and contractors who needed to keep projects moving while they’re on the go.
Her sweet spot is mid-market information services and software publishing. Molly developed a knack for business-to-business information services with positions at LexisNexis, CourtLink, Bloomberg and the American Institute of Architects. She tackles company challenges with a problem-solving approach oriented to customer insight and business growth.
