What are the eligibility requirements?

Work that initiated in the 2018 calendar year. You may include results seen through March 29, 2019 in your entry as long as the campaign or initiative started in 2018.

What are the categories?

You can choose from more than 35 categories in editorial/content, marketing, product success and leadership recognition. View all the categories here.

Is there a limit to the number of entries I can submit?

No, you may enter as many submissions and categories as you want.

When will finalists be notified?

Finalists will be notified in late April. It will not be revealed if it's a first, second or third placement. Winners will be announced during the SIPAwards Luncheon and Ceremony on June 4, 2019 at SIPA's 43rd Annual Conference. We encourage entrants to attend but you do not need to be present to win. 

Can I enter the same entry in multiple categories?

No. However, you can enter different components of a singular work in multiple categories. For example, you may submit an article for one of the editorial/content categories and also the results of the marketing campaign surrounding it for a marketing category.

If I start an entry, can I finish it at a later time?

Yes.

How do I pay for my entry?

All entries are paid for online with a credit card. If you need to pay by invoice, please contact Nancy Brand at nbrand@siia.net. Please note entry fees are non-refundable.
