- Robert Carroll
Vice President, Marketing, Clickability Board Member
As VP of Marketing, Robert Carroll is responsible for crafting and executing Clickability's global marketing strategy including brand, sales enablement, press and analyst relations, events, and lead and demand generation programs. Robert contributes more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience at both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the software, media, online publishing, and software-as-a-service industries. In addition to holding executive positions at AOL, Ziff-Davis (ZDNet), Ofoto (now Kodak), and Wind River, Robert was a founding team member of GNN, the world's first commercial website. Robert is a guest lecturer on B-to-B and B-to-C Social Media at the MBA Program, Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
- Richard Dym
Chief Marketing Officer, OpSource, Inc. Board Member
Mr. Dym brings to OpSource 25 years of successful marketing, business development, and technical operations experience gained from the senior executive positions he has held at fast-paced technology companies ranging from venture backed start-ups to global public enterprises. His broad experience includes active involvement in successful liquidity events including IPO, acquisitions, and sale. Prior to re-joining OpSource, where he previously served as CMO, he held the position of EVP and CMO at AXS-One Inc., a leader in the records compliance management space. At AXS-One, Mr. Dym was responsible for Marketing, Technical Support, Documentation, QA, Training and IT. He has also served as SVP of Marketing for Metromedia Fiber Networks (now Abovenet); SVP of Marketing and VP of International Operations at ParcPlace; General Manager of the Multimedia Division at Autodesk; and Director, Graphics and Decision Support products for Ashton-Tate.

- Simon Peel
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Strategy, Cast Iron Systems Board Member
As SVP of Marketing & Strategy at Cast Iron System, Simon Peel brings more than 16 years of experience in strategy, product management and marketing of enterprise-level solutions. Before joining Cast Iron, Mr. Peel was Vice President of Marketing at Peakstone Corporation where he devised the company's go-to-market strategy, trained and re-tooled the sales team and led the company to surpass its new customer pipeline goals. Mr. Peel has also held senior positions at Peakstone, Vitria Technology, MERANT/Micro Focus and other leading Bay Area and European companies. He is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Product Management Association (SVPMA).
- Jeff Silbert
VP, Channel & Alliances, M5 Networks Board Member
Jeff oversees all partnerships and alliances for M5. Jeff has more than 15 years experience in increasing revenue, building brands and forging alliances within the software and communications industry. Prior to joining M5, Jeff served as vice president of business development and corporate strategy for uReach Technologies, a venture-funded provider of enhanced messaging and communications services. Previously, Jeff served as director of marketing and business development for the OEM division of NetManage, Inc. Earlier in his career, he led the development of the consumer software brand strategy for Discovery Channel. Jeff, who received his MBA from Duke University, and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, began his career at Accenture, as a management consultant.
- Jim Szafranski
Vice President, Product Management & Marketing, Fiberlink Communications Board Member
Jim Szafranski is VP of Product Management and Marketing at Fiberlink Communications, the leading provider of on-demand software and services for enterprise mobility and mobile security. At Fiberlink, Jim is currently responsible for product strategy and roadmap plus Fiberlink's go-to-market execution and corporate marketing. Previously at Fiberlink Jim started and developed Fiberlink's professional services operation and also was VP of Business Development during which he led Fiberlink's in building a successful telecommunications carrier channel.
Prior to Fiberlink, Jim built a $64M product line for Tut Systems that led to a successful IPO; seed funded and subsequently raised over $45M in venture capital for Sandial Systems where he served as VP of Product Management and Marketing; and led product management at Cometa Networks, an Intel, IBM, and AT&T venture.
Jim has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Stanford University.

Marketing Consultant, Software As A Service, IBM Corporation Chair
Diana Waterson serves as a Software as a Service Marketing Consultant for IBM ISV and Developer Relations and is responsible for building business relationships with ISVs in a SaaS business model. She is responsible for assisting ISVs in the transition to a SaaS business model, providing marketing guidance to SaaS ISV's to grow their business, and building channel relationships with other IBM business partners. These partners deliver their SaaS solution using IBM technologies. Prior to working directly with IBM business partners, Diana led the development of service offerings for IBM's e-business hosting service portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in product marketing and 10 years in software start-up companies, she provides a balanced perspective to help fuel the growth strategies of her partners.
