Inna Barmash
General Counsel & Chief of Staff, Amplify Education, Inc.

Inna leads the legal team at Amplify, a K-12 education software and publishing company based in DUMBO, Brooklyn. She is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for the organization, including corporate governance, commercial and strategic transactions, intellectual property, licensing, government procurement, mergers and acquisitions, employment and compliance. In addition to her role as the General Counsel, Inna serves as the Chief of Staff at Amplify, responsible for executive team coordination and supporting the CEO in board & investor relations and developing industry partnerships. Prior to joining Amplify, Inna was a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray, representing clients in technology-driven commercial deals and M&A transactions. She graduated from the Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a deputy director of the Squadron Program in Media Law, Society & Technology program. Inna holds a cum laude degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and worked as a technology/management consultant prior to law school.

Lorna Fenimore
President and Chief Operating Officer, Multipub

Lorna Fenimore is the president of Multipub, the makers of a subscription and audience management platform that automates accounting, fulfillment and marketing operations. During her tenure at the company, she’s seen the market evolve from strictly printed content to a heavily digital business. A leader in the industry, she partners with her team to adapt their system to anticipate and meet the technological needs of data and content providers. She started her career at Multipub in 1987 as a Software Support Representative. It was in this role that she began to learn the ins and outs of the business. In 1994, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales. Here, she took her knowledge of the Multipub platform and industry on the road and worked with potential new clients to further develop the system and forecast future trends. After 18 years in that position, she was promoted to president, where she resides today.

Robert G. Hiss
