COVID-19 and a heightened focus on racial injustice have disrupted the world and our country. As your company approaches a new normal, use this unique opportunity to reimagine your workplace for the better and incorporate inclusive values. Inclusion in the workplace involves offering appropriate support to employees in an individual and equitable fashion, including the ability to facilitate virtual meetings and purposefully include everyone; and equal consideration of all employees, not just the ones physically in the office. In this webinar, we will review the process and approach of using design-thinking exercises to create a new vision for diversity and inclusion at your company.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- Why now is the perfect time to review your talent
- The value of an inclusive organization focused on outcomes
