About the Awards

Younger workers are disrupting corporate cultures by innovating and reimaging the way we work. BIMS Emerging Leader Awards celebrates their achievements and builds a network for mentorship.

Each year, member companies nominate their “rising stars” aged 35 and under (at time of nomination.) Finalists are selected by a panel of SIIA executives – with only five winners selected by a panel of elite business executives.

All finalists will be honored, and the five winners will be announced at the Emerging Leader Awards Luncheon at BIMS.

The SIIA Emerging Leader Awards are Sponsored by the Women’s Leadership and Networking Council.
Winners must attend the Luncheon to win.
