This workshop will give you a crash-course in Crucial Conversations, and teach you the essential skills needed to have these tough conversations. Crucial Conversations isn’t about having intense conversations with people on a daily basis, it’s about the important conversations that we need to have, but are often unsure how to have them. It’s about speaking up when you have something to say, but you’re not sure how others will perceive it.

You will learn the theory through engaging dialogue with our Trainer, Adam Stanton. You will finish the course by practicing what you have learned, so that you take real skills back to the workplace.

Please note that this event has limited capacity. Should the event become fully subscribed, FISD reserves the right to limit attendees to those who are involved in the Rising Star program, under 40 years of age, or new to the market data industry. The purpose of this policy is to ensure we are serving Rising Stars and growing the program.
