Program: What to do when you want to move up?
It’s all very well and good to believe in theory that women should be treated fairly in the workplace and promoted based on their merit. But what does that mean for you personally? Can you envision yourself ascending the corporate ladder if that’s what you want? What sort of internal resistance bubbles up in you? What are the measures by which your organization will judge you as capable of a starring role. Are you able to see yourself in one?
This interactive workshop will break down the internal barriers that we may unwittingly have placed in the pathway to a gratifying future and help you remove them. It will also help you assess the kind of work you should be prioritizing to showcase yourself as leadership material. Anna Gallotti specializes in coaching women through internal and external barriers to create the careers and lives that they wish to lead.
