David Anderson is a well know market data consultant on both sides of the Atlantic. He has worked in the market data industry since 1984 - including roles with Telerate, Bishopsgate Systems and he spent nearly 13 years with Reuters culminating in various global marketing roles; predominantly working on market data systems (e.g. Triarch and RMDS). Since 2002 David has been operating Atradia (www.atradia.com), a management consultancy practice focused on the market data industry. He has been quoted commenting on the market data industry in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the International Herald Tribune, Business Week and many others. David speaks on the subject of market data at conferences and has moderated a wide variety of industry panel sessions. He edited the respected annual ‘IMD Reference’ book between 2003 and 2009 and most recently he has been very closely involved with the new SIIA/FISD initiative to create a professional certification program for market and reference data practitioners. David also acts as a Program Director for a variety of other FISD activities.

Scott spent seven years as the Asia Pacific Global Banking & Financial Markets (GB&FM) Marketing Lead with BT. Scott has been involved representing GB&FM in Prosperity marketing initiatives and interventions and also has responsibilities for APAC Marketing activities for GB&FM Propositions such as BT Unified Trading, BT Radianz and Payments. The objective is to develop BT’s presence for the entire portfolio of core and GB&FM services with financial institutions in the region supporting Steve Rathborne and the APAC GB&FM teams. Scott joined BT as part of the Radianz acquisition in March 2005. He expanded Radianz’s footprint to include Developing Markets such as Korea, Taiwan, China, India UAE and Russia as part of BT Radianz’s infrastructure and cross-border trading strategy to provide secure, reliable and scalable connectivity to the financial community. Prior to joining BT Scott was APAC Deputy Managing Director at Moneyline Telerate, a Market Data vendor that was acquired by Reuters. He also had other key roles in market data and network services. During his career Scott has become familiar with Over-The-Counter (OTC) products such as FX, Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, etc. where the trading does not take place on an exchange but through money brokers as well as exchange-traded financial products including fixed income, derivatives and commodities. Scott is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts and the FIX Protocol Limited industry groups. He is also versed in regulatory and network service provision issues. Scott has lived in Hong Kong and Singapore for over 25 years and currently resides in Singapore.

David manages business development, account management and operations for regions outside of North America. Joining The Roberts Group (TRG) early in 2003 to set up the London office, he currently manages TRG's clients and analyst teams across EMEA and APAC.

After leaving university as a qualified Marine Biologist, David has been working in finance technology for over twenty years.

Naturally gravitating into roles straddling the gap between IT and the business, David has worked extensively with trading and market data system deployment, management, and development. Progressing through the baptism of trade floor support, to senior dealing room technical and business analyst roles at Barclays, he subsequently moved to the vendor side at MISYS and as a developer and consultant.
Since joining The Roberts Group David and his teams have worked closely with clients across the globe to help them implement best practices and processes around Market Data Administration, and to help them effectively manage and reduce spiraling Market Data costs. This in depth experience of the challenges faced in Market Data has helped shape TRG’s SaaS Inventory Management Tool, FITS, into the industry’s solution of choice.

Dominic joined Thomson Reuters in 2015 as Global Head of Business Development and Consulting for Managed KYC Solutions and Client onboarding solutions in the Financial Crime business unit of Thomson Reuters’s $6bn global Risk division. He is globally responsible for all buyside, sellside and Corporate client engagements for our managed services offerings.
 
Dominic brings a deep knowledge of outsourced operating and business processes, having most recently held the position of Managing Director Capital Markets in Accenture, where he was responsible for the cash securities post-trade processing utility (known as APTP). He has worked with large investment and Institutional banks which have already built their own offshore Captive capabilities to identify commercial opportunities to mutualise costs and increase quality by leveraging industry utilities. Working closely with industry to develop new economic models and helping them through their transformation projects, he sees utilities in general as an integral part of a high performance Capital Markets operating model.

Jospeh Toh is a passionate business and IT leader with over 20 years' experience working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies across multiple disciplines including digital disruption, accelerators and ventures, innovation, technology, sales and distribution, operations, compliance, and risk.

Joseph currently heads Credit Suisse's strategy and innovation division across Asia Pacific, setting in the direction of key investments in digital disruption, innovation labs, blockchain, big data analytics, utilities, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and start-up/accelerator valuations. He is a sought-after mentor to Fintech programs/companies and serves on several start-up boards including CoinHako, OnCorps.org, DisruptionIndex.org, and impact investing.

Previous roles included Global head of Strategy and Solutions, Head of Architecture at Standard Chartered, Program Director for Singtel/Optus, Head of Accenture Technology Consulting Korea, and CIO for Best Buy China.

Joseph has also founded and managed several award-winning businesses in software, internet, and brand/artist management companies.
