2018 SIPAwards Finalists Announced 

Winners will be revealed on June 6 at an awards luncheon during SIPA’s 42nd Annual Conference at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 16, 2018) – The Specialized Information Publishers Association (SIPA) has named a record 93 finalists from 47 companies in 29 categories for its 2018 SIPAwards competition that recognizes excellence in editorial/content, marketing and product success in the publishing and information industry. First, second and third places and honorable mention for the 39th annual awards program will be announced during a ceremony on Wednesday, June 6, at SIPA’s 42nd Annual Conference: Collaborate. Inspire. Grow. at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.

“This year’s Awards finalists feature high-quality content distributed on various platforms and truly innovative examples of marketing efforts with impressive results,” said Nancy Brand, SIPA’s managing director. “These submissions push the benchmarks upward for expertise, creativity and excellence.”

Subjects of the winning editorial awards range from GDPR and augmented reality to pediatric trauma and hazing prevention to Puerto Rico’s recovery and a famous film editor.
