Having worked at asset management industry in both Europe and Asia for over 18 years, Mr Shen has an intricate understanding of the fund structure, operations, compliance, risk management and other business aspects of the traditional and alternative investments.

From 2021 onwards till now, participated and greatly contributed to Chinese mainland market’s building up of the database of Chinese hedge fund managers (above 700 managers in the different asset classes), advised the internal institutional investors, single (multi) family offices, allocators, global managers of fund of fund on the various topics such as overview of macro / market / strategies, product line, due diligence, managers and their investment culture, behaviours and philosophy.

In addition, Mr Shen has also been a long-time keynote speaker at conferences of fund industry hosted by Bloomberg, Reuters, AIMA, HKEX, PWC / KPMG, etc.
