Managing Director, Global Head of Market Data, Morgan Stanley
Ken Brady is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and is the Global Head of Market Data. In this role he manages strategic relationships with the Firm’s critical data providers, business data requirements, data procurement, expense management and commercial data agreement compliance.
Ken Joined the Firm’s Information Technology Group in 1997 and has held several management roles including Application Infrastructure, Real-time platform development, data platform operations and data group operating officer and Risk manager.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ken was with two FinTech start ups as an engineer and business development manager, with Reuters Americas Open Systems group manager and with Merrill Lynch Fixed Income group as data application development manager and commercial data manager.
Ken earned a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance from the Columbia University Business School and a Bachelor of Science and advanced studies in Computer Science. Ken also holds positions on several industry organization including Executive Committee member of the SIIA FISD and Executive Committee member of the FIF (Financial Information Forum).
