Luca Samman is Senior Director, Head of North America within the Data & Access Solutions Division at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. Based in New York, he leads product development, product management, and strategy across multiple asset classes including Equities, Options, Futures, Indices, Digital,and FX for the Market Data and Access Services business.

At Cboe, Luca draws on his product strategy experience to drive innovative strategic initiatives for the organization and develop the technology roadmap, product portfolio, and client experience while maintaining a constant focus on future market opportunities and long-term sustainable growth.

He holds a BS from Montclair State University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
